I got a black coffee which was fairly bitter but still good. Along with a ham and Swiss which was decent butt the bread was pretty chewy. Overall it was a good experience. Would go back again.

What a great place to sit and read with coffee! It is clean and well lit. Server was friendly but not ‘over the top,’ which we appreciated because it’s coffee, you know, really good coffee but still low key enough to enjoy not just the beverage but the drinking of it, too.

Bought a Rasberry green tea iced came with wrong straw so now I have to wait to drink it because the bubbles are stuck in straw. Did not come with a reasberry sauce looks nothing like the picture that’s on web page. I am a regular and this was one of the worst experiences iv had and I am very frustrating. I asked for less Ice in it and the lady taking my order didn’t like that I wanted less ice and she kept coming up with issues like oh your drink might be hot and they charged me extra for less ice and my drink is full of ice. I have never been charhed for less ice. Iwill be calling to let the manner be aware.

The last 4 times I’ve gone to this location they’ve messed up my order in at least one way. The last 2 time I’ve gotten the wrong drink, which is annoying but they’re still usually good so i don’t bother saying anything. Today they were out of several things that the app said they had in stock, which i understand isn’t the fault of the location, but this is the 4th time in a row. Who cuts a bagel like this?

I purchased k-cups from this store a month ago. I realized later I forgot to take my purchase with me. A month later I asked is there anything they could do (totally understanding it was my fault and they didn’t have to do anything after I waited a month). They said they remembered me and were kind enough to let me take a replacement box.
