First time here. Service was fast, ordering on the app was fast and easy. We got the maple sausage sandwich, which was not too sweet and the sausage tasty. I got the turtle mocha cooler. It is very yummy . Hubby got the Carmel cooler blended with an extra shot of espresso. The Carmel flavor was perfect. It is drive thru or walk up, with outdoor seating. Will be back.

The only good thing I’ll say is thank gosh the coffee is actually pretty good. Got a very strong and unpleasant smell as soon as I walked in, I literally gagged. Unsure if it was cleaning products or what. Ordered the caramel shaken espresso which was surprisingly good. I also got a MILK cookie which was expired…my friend I was with took the cookie to approach the employee about it but we got ignored and just decided to forget it. We leave and get in the car, the bacon on the sandwich we ordered was completely raw, looked like it had barely been cooked. Went inside and they gave us a refund, but overall service was also subpar. Definitely don’t order food here, only coffee!

They have a very varied and practical menu for enjoying an excellent iced or hir coffe or energy drink. The service is fast and efficient. We always go as a family with our dogs. We always enjoy Sundays with a good specialty coffee. I give it 3 stars because they should include some food options with the option to remove the cheese or have the option to order without cheese, which is what I would add.

I get caribou when i need a pick-me-up coffee that tastes good for a good price. The coffee is better than SB and DNK imo. They have consistent recipes like starbucks and have seasonal options AND they dont have that yucky burnt bean taste!! The prices are good for what I get, I like the blended coffees. The breakfast sandwiches are good sizes and I highly recommend the maple waffle sausage sandwich!

I wish there was one closer to home. This one is almost 40 minutes away but we’re in the area once a month so we stop in whenever we’re nearby. The drink options are many and the fact that you can customize your drink is a huge draw for us. We order from the app so that its ready when we arrive. And you can get whole bean there as well. If they ever come to Riverview we’ll be there almost daily. The staff is super friendly and quick with the orders.

The small size is the perfect amount, the employees were very nice and patient. I recommend the iced white mocha with pumpkin cold foam. It was made perfect, the white mocha isn’t too heavy and the cold foam leaves a hint of pumpkin.

So happy and thankful to finally have a Caribou Coffee location in the north Tampa area!
Being from western Wisconsin, we had several Caribou Coffee locations all around us. Of course, it originated in Minnesota, just over the state line. But now to have it here in the Sunshine State is just awesome! Best drinks, reasonable prices, and super friendly and helpful service! The staff makes the experience fun and inviting! Please give Caribou Coffee a try if you have never had it before. Way better than the competition.
