This location opened on Friday May 2, 2024 and is the first location in the Monroe area. This was my first time trying caribou coffee and the experience was great.
We got a nitro high rise and a vanilla shaken espresso with oat milk. For our food we got a chorizo breakfast burrito and a bacon egg and cheese bagel. The food portions were significantly more than Starbucks as well.
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about what caribou offers and the store was tidy and clean apart from boxed supplies being stored by our table which is no big deal.
I would definitely come here again!

We stopped by the drive-thru on a Saturday morning. There was no one in line ahead of us, no cars behind us, and the place looked completely empty inside. We ordered two coffees, a blueberry muffin (asked to have it warmed up), and a bagel. Instead, they gave us a blueberry bagel, the muffin was cold, and it was basically 90% sugar – it went straight into the trash. Completely inedible.
They also messed up our coffee order multiple times, and neither of the TWO employees could figure out what they had given us. The service was terrible, and on top of that, they expect tips?
Dear customers, this is just a place where you’re grabbing a coffee – don’t leave a tip and don’t support tipping for service like this especially in the coffee places. Drinks are 70% sugar.

First time ever coming to Caribou Coffee and it will not be our last! David helped us at the drive through and he made the visit so worth it. I love it when the employees enjoy their job and David seemed to enjoy his! He was very helpful, personable, and he gave us a card to sign up for the app which I did as soon as I got home.
I’m very particular about my coffee and Caribou met the standard! So delicious. I will definitely be back to order more items off of the menu.

Loved my first visit to Caribou Coffee Monroe! Tried the combo and it was delicious. My cold press was amazing and the Lumberjack breakfast sandwich was fresh, hot and tasty! Definitely coming back!!

There a few coffee shops in the Monroe area so I decided to give Caribou coffee a try and I am so glad I did! The drinks and food are delicious and I’ve never tried a drink I didn’t like here. The service is top tier as well. Every team member I’ve had an interaction with has a wonderful and cheerful energy that makes me want to keep coming back!
I never leave reviews but I am so impressed with this coffee shop that I have to give them the credit they deserve. They just won a new regular from me!
BTW, if you haven’t tried the dark cranberry espresso shaker, you’re missing out!

Store was clean, spacious, bright. The woman working the counter was on her elbows, had her head down. I mentioned it was my first time visiting, got no help as to what may be good in the menu or what I may like. Your standard coffee spot, and I knew I liked caribou already so fine I got this vanilla cold mess…they don’t have regular cold foam she tells me…the drink was supposed to be a splash of milk…it’s totally white….I drank the entirety of the drink in I kid you not, 6 slurps. Gone. It was ALL ICE and milk. They did add whip cream for me but for $7 I’m not coming back. Please stand at the register and don’t talk to the menu, turn and face the customer so we can hear you. You clearly saw I had hospital bandages on and a bracelet, and that I didn’t feel well, and want to act a certain way when I can’t hear you? And this is who you have training the new people?

**editing my review- customer service sent me a gift card to rectify the coffee below. This time I got a hot campfire latte- and asked for half sweet. The flavor was good, super liked the marshmallow. Was still very sweet much on the sweet side though. Next time I will ask for 1/4 sweet, and fingers crossed the sweetness will be the right balance!
Could we normalize lattes without a pound of sugar? I got the northern light latte, thinking it meant light coffee. I should have asked or searched the menu first, because it meant that they use lite sugar free syrup. I asked for a half a pump.
I like flavor, a little bit of sweetness, but this latte tastes like the iced coffee version of sweet tea on steroids.
It’s so undrinkable. I wish that I could actually taste the coffee, but the only thing I can taste is syrupy sweet blasphemy.
I’m so so disappointed I didn’t taste it before leaving, and that I wasted 6.50 on a drink I can’t force myself to drink.
The girl at the drive thru was super pleasant and sweet though.

Sat at the drive thru for a while and no one ever came on the speaker to take my order so I left. This is not the first time this has happened I don’t understand why they never have anyone working the window. This location has lost me as a customer and I won’t be surprised if they close soon!
