Great place with a cozy café vibe. Plenty of seating, making it perfect for studying or getting work done while enjoying your favorite coffee. They offer a nice variety of drinks, from mochas to espressos, along with a breakfast menu. I tried the cappuccino and loved its smooth, refreshing taste. Looking forward to coming back to try the matcha mocha soon! ☕✨

I haven’t been to this Caribou Coffee in years, so I’m glad that I was in the area again to go back. Great service, atmosphere and coffee.
The baristas were fantastic and helped me figure out my best gluten free plant based option. Not only that but their coffee wasn’t too sweet, which I run across all the time. It was a good blend of flavor and smokiness. My daughter said the same things about her coffee.
This is definitely a place we’ll come back to again when we’re in the area.

We wanted to try Caribou for breakfast since we haven’t had it before and noticed the GF and LF menu options. The staff was inattentive for as slow as it was at 9:00 am. It took longer than it should have to fill two latte orders and two food orders. After waiting for our food about 10 minutes we walked back up to the counter and realized they didn’t put the food order in. Food quality was not as expected for the price. The Fiesta Bowl had about 2 bites of food in it, similar to what you get served on an airplane. Lattes were too milky and syrupy. We’ve been to other Caribou locations so we know they can do better.

This place is definitely pet-friendly – we had no issues bringing our pups inside. I came with a someone who wanted something different than the normal iced coffee. We got a turtle iced coffee and I tried the strawberry fruit shaker. It was very sweet and refreshing – perfect for a hot summer day. The fruit shakers are great for someone like me with caffeine sensitivity. They told us the Turtle was great, but we had to ask for the turtle toppings separately. They said it doesn’t come with cold drinks, which is strange.

I had such a lovely experience today! The lady working today at the window was so kind and caring – she greeted me with a genuine smile and made my morning feel brighter. The cappuccino was perfect too – rich, smooth, and just the right amount of foam. You can really tell when someone makes your drink with care. Definitely coming back!

The staff came across as dismissive and unprofessional throughout our visit. Our drinks were prepared without being called out when ready, while employees spent much of their time chatting with each other and using their phones instead of attending to the cafe. At one point, a guest informed two staff members that the women’s bathroom was out of toilet paper; they acknowledged it, then looked at each other and laughed sarcastically, and no one addressed the issue. When we later asked a simple question about the fireplace, the response was curt and irritated, with staff saying it had been off for years. To cap it off, one of the female employees later burped loudly behind the counter. Overall, the service felt inattentive, immature, and unfriendly, which significantly detracted from the experience.

Staff was super helpful in picking a drink, interior was wooded and calming. Super cool for the holiday period. Only knock was you kinda need to be a caribou to survive in there, it was super cold, we had to go outside. Haha. Anyway check it out ok? Half mint latte 2% milk was good.
