Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful! I absolutely love Caribou coffee, so I was pumped to have one so close to work. Needless to say, this place does not disappoint!
I’ve visited several times at this point, and each time been given above and beyond service. I’ve never waited long for my order and the coworkers are so friendly.
I am a coffee snob that will drink all the coffees, but some are obviously better than others. Regarding chain coffee stores, this is a top tier for me! The black coffee is delicious and the lattes are well balanced. If you enjoy a little spice, try their holiday spiced mocha…absolutely incredible!

So good. Caramel espresso shaker was the perfect balance between coffee and sugar. I love an iced coffee where I can actually taste the coffee! Sausage, egg, and cheddar biscuit was so warm, cheesy, and tasty. Such a beautiful morning treat.

I really enjoy coming here. I drink my coffee black so the roast is very important to me. The coffee here is so much better than the competition across I-40. It’s not nasty bitter like theirs. They also have a really good menu but I have to be honest, i only get the coffee cake.

Let me first start by saying I absolutely love that this Midwest chain has made its way to the east coast. What I do not love is the hours. They are trash. A coffee shop located an exit away from two hospitals really misses out on sales for us night shifters. Same with the one in Advance, both are located on my into work and both are closed before I can even get coffee for work. Pushing sales right into Starbucks since they are actually open accommodating hours. Hopefully in the future they will extend the hours.

Let’s start off with the good. The iced tea my girlfriend received was very tasty. My hot latte was made to perfection. Why only 3 stars? Two reasons.
#1: The app was not working to place an online order and of course, the only way to see a menu in the app is to…you guessed it, place an order. IMO, the Caribou Coffee app needs a complete redo. I have ordered online from the High Point location on multiple occasions and every time, the app is my biggest disappointment with my experience. I will no longer use the app to place an order to avoid this frustration. We will continue to visit Caribou because the beverages are tasty, provided #2 reason is rectified.
PLEASE, when placing the coffee lid on the coffee cup you do it with a hand that does not have hand lotion, perfumes or anything else that completely overpowers the aroma of the coffee. It was disgusting. If not for getting on the highway before taking my first sip, I would’ve turned around and gotten a new lid. I removed it and carefully consumed my hot beverage for the remainder of my trip. Otherwise, your staff was pleasant and we will return.

The very best. Unlike the other coffee shoppes their coffee actually tastes like coffee. And this place has a health rating of 100% which is great and I’m not fearful of eating the food. Love it! Worth the cost.

Iced coffee was perfect. They have sugar free syrups in caramel and vanilla.
