Ok. I ordered a beef patty with cheese and coco bread. Typical Caribbean establishment would serve you a hot beef patty with the cheese in it and wrapped in the coco bread like a sandwich. But no. They preceded to give everything in its own container or wrapper. Meaning do it yourself. And what I’m tryna understand is why would they serve me a block of cheese for the patty. How’d they know if I have a machete or knife to cut the cheese? When an establishment is rated one star, don’t go!

Went Saturday 7th 2026 2pm I ordered the wing combo meal. THE WINGS WAS COMPLETELY BURNT AS THOUGH THEY BEEN COOKING FOR DAYS AND SO SALT BECAUSE THEY WERE RECOOKED. I wish I could put zero stars; but that’s not an option. I couldn’t even eat the food. That’s how disgusting it was. The sauce was just spicy no flavor. It tastes like old chicken that they’ve been reheating because it’s extremely dry, smothered in mess that looks like scrapings from the bottom of the pan and a lot of oil. Disgusting!!!I drove all the way across town about 25 minutes to return the food and they were closed at 6:05pm on a Sunday. However, the door says they close at 7pm. I saw a gentleman coming from the side door and expressed my dissatisfaction. He took the food in to let the cashier, cook or owner or whoever know my concerns, only to come back out and say, “She said there’s nothing they can do.” I said well throw it in the trash because I’ll never come here again and handed it to him. He threw it right in the trash too because he already knew it was nasty. Plus, they gave me red velvet cake when carrot cake was ordered. But, “there’s nothing they can do” even though they got the order wrong. Poor customer service! I wouldn’t eat at this place if it was free. I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here. It’s disgusting! And, from some of these other reviews I just read, there’s a common theme and worse reviews. Eat at your own risk!

I went there today and the cook needs to be fired! The oxtails taste like it has a cleaning product in it it’s a weird aftertaste with no seasoning, Mac and cheese is super spicy (you can see all the pepper in it), cabbage is so bland no seasoning. This was my first time going there and I will not be returning! My dog wouldn’t even eat it

The food was pretty good… I was a little skeptical since some reviews question the freshness of the food and consistency of flavor.. I went on a Tuesday and my food tasted fresh. The spice level was just enough to give you a little heat all while still being able enjoy the flavors of your meal… We ordered a curry goat as well as a jerk chicken plate.. The curry goat actually had a decent amount of meat.. I’ve been to places where the curry goat is more bone than meat.. The establishment was clean, food is reasonably priced, and the lady at the counter was very nice… I would eat here again..
