Do not overlook this place!!! The staff are ALWAYS super kind and the service is great. I always get a jerk chicken bowl with cabbage. The chicken is super flavorful and they are not stingy with it. The bowl is enough for two meals. I recently tried their Mac-n-cheese and yams and they were both so good. Their portion sizes, flavor, and customer service are all great. Please support this business! Keep them in Knightdale!

My son wanted some Jamaican food and was craving some Jerk wings so we decided to come here. I had the food once before when my brother and his wife introduced me to it a few months back. Second time around and it definitely does not disappoint. I got the bowl with jerk chicken, shrimp and steak with corn and peppers. Phenomenal. Perfectly seasoned and such a large portion and they do not skimp on the meat. My son got the jerk wings with yams and Mac and cheese. Hands down that was the best Mac and cheese and yams that I have ever had the pleasure of tasting in my 39 years, including stuff I have cooked myself. My son said this will be his new regular spot. Friendly staff and fast service considering everything is cooked to order. Definitely a gem!

I love EVERYTHING about this place. I drove 2 hours just to come get their food because it’s ALWAYS good, fresh, and hot. The peach cobbler egg rolls are 2nd to NONE. The staff are amazing especially the lady who takes the orders. She always smiling and customer service is always on point. I will always support this business. Please go check them out. Portion size for the money is spot on and the customer service was amazing. I found the jerk chicken in my bowel to be a little salty. The egg rolls are very tasty and the side of chips was an excellent add on.

Really good food, slightly different presentation of this style of food than I am used to but nothing wrong with that. Jerk spice is really well done, flavorful. So glad they opened in my town. We have a lot of chain restaurants here and I hope we get more independent gems like this one. Keep coming and keep them in business. Keep an eye on their specials, they have some good ones. Hope they have some longevity here!

Lets start with the good. Most of the food is great. I had the eggrolls and bowls, juice, desserts and Oxtail. I can say that all of that EXCEPT the oxtail was great. The oxtail, is not Caribbean it is more like pot roast. It tastes just like pot roast with brown gravy. I had my heart set on some oxtail and was extremely disappointed by that. There was spice, or hint of spice, no hot, no kick or anything no where up in there. I am the type that I don’t like hot sauce and for me to say there was no spice, no hot, no kick, nothing, there was ZERO. The service was great, the staff friendly but that Oxtail is a major disappointment to be call a caribbean spot.

I had the spicy jerk chicken and shrimp bowl. Added corn, cabbage, and peppers. It was absolutely fantastic. Someone else’s review describes the food as, “It’s the kind of food that makes you close your eyes and just savor every bite.” My sentiment exactly and I did just that!!
