My family and I visited for Mother’s Day and boy, did we receive a real treat! The chef personally served our meals! Each dish was impeccably decadent and affordable! Everyone was friendly and hospitable. Quaint atmosphere – dine in or eat outside then shop afterwards. Decent prices on the dinners as well as the groceries.

Stopped in during the Livingstone College homecoming and the food was amazing! I ordered the jerk pork and they were very generous with portions. I ended up sampling a lot of the food and was not disappointed. I wish I lived closer so I could visit more often.

I spent at least 30 minutes waiting on conch fritters only for them to be burnt, gummy, and salty! Very disappointed that the chef had no problem in providing me with this sub-par product. Even had my car smelling burnt!

The lunch special is always the way to go. You can’t get a plate with this much food for $9 anywhere else I know of. The staff is always super chill and friendly and quick to serve. I appreciate this little spot and the people in it.

The food was very good. I had oxtails, yellow rice, and cabbage. I also had Coco Bread and a beef patty. I couldn’t finish all of it. If they ask if you want sauce, tell them you want the oxtail juice on your rice! Then, sop the juice up with Coco bread. I didn’t like having to wait an additional half hour after being told 10 minutes for a pick up. I would go back but wait extra time before picking up.
