I ordered the ribs and red snapper with two sides, and let me tell you, I still can’t stop thinking about that food! bursting with rich, smoky flavor, while the red snapper was perfectly cooked, seasoned to absolute perfection, and fresh enough to transport me straight to the islands. The sides complemented the meal beautifully, adding the perfect touch of traditional Creole flair.
The customer service was A1. The staff was attentive, friendly, and truly made me feel like family. To top it all off, I was surprised with a dessert that left me speechless— sweet, decadent, and the perfect end to an already incredible meal.
Every bite was an explosion of flavor that felt lovingly crafted. It’s rare to find a spot where both the food and service exceed expectations, but Caribbean Creole Food delivers on every front. Le cadre est sympa, tout comme le contact et la nourriture est juste délicieuse. Les Johnny’s cakes sont énormes ! Bémol toutefois : le numéro de téléphone renseigné sur internet ne sert à rien. Personne ne décroche et vu qu’il y a quand même un temps d’attente assez conséquent (30 à 60 minutes), il serait plus pratique de pouvoir appeler pour commander et venir chercher une fois que c’est prêt. Enfin, les plats à la carte ne sont pas forcément disponibles et nous n’avons même jamais réussi à goûter certains mets malgré 3 visites (les accras entre autre, c’est quand même dommage). Vous gagneriez en soignant ces quelques détails pour les locaux comme pour les vacanciers.
