Today was my 3rd visit here. Went in November 2025 to celebrate my birthday with friends . Had a delicious meal and all staff was friendly. 2nd visit was for lunch, couple of slices..yum. Tonight was chicken soup and stuffed shells..OMG sooo good! My friend had Chicken Parm with linguine. Great food reasonable prices.

I just wanted to share how wonderful and amazing this place is! My husband and I are regular visitors, and since I can’t eat gluten or dairy, I truly appreciate the variety of options they offer. Whenever I ask, they happily customize it for me. Their gluten- and dairy-free pizza is absolutely fantastic — I bought one today and am already planning to order another tomorrow. It’s truly amazing! The owner and the staff are extremely nice, and even during their busiest times, they make sure you are well taken care of. Definitely give this place a try.

The reason for my review is only to help. I am sure based on other reviews and photos that there is good food here, I would just like for them to improve the pizza. When you don’t use good mozzarella, the flavor is noticed and it gets very oily. And please be careful about how much salt you use because people are more health conscious these days. I could not taste the sauce only the salt. When the sauce and cheese is good, so is the pizza. I like this place and will return. Hopefully, you take a few small steps to make a better pizza going forward.

The quality of the food in this restaurant has slowly gotten worse over the last 3 months. I always order pizza delivered and every time it arrives it is different. Today I ordered a 12″ pie and received a 10″ pie, ice cold and with a crust so thin you couldn’t even see it. Like a piece of paper. The outer crust was burnt and hard as a rock. I called the store to complain and was told that they had a new cook and he was still trying to learn how to make pizza. Who tells their customer that? Unless they don’t want that customer anymore. Extremely disappointed. Store did not offer a solution and seemed to not care when I told them I would not be ordering from them anymore. Save your money and avoid the aggravation. Buy your Italian food elsewhere.

Popular place in Little Falls near Willowbrook Mall. Plain cheese slices had thin but somewhat limp crust, and very oily. Cheese had good taste. Also ordered caprese salad, which included red peppers. The mozzarella was above average, the peppers soggy and the tomatoes nothing special. Pleasant eating area up front near counter with larger area off to side and back. Very friendly service. This Gencarelli’s not related to Newark establishment.

I ordered one specialty slice and one plain slice. The specialty slice was old. The plain slice was fine. When I went to pay, I handed the girl the $20 bill and she gave me back seven dollars and change. She folded the money, which is odd. When I questioned her about it, she quickly asked the other guy that was working there to come over and handle it and we reviewed the money and I was owed much more than she gave. We had to start the transaction all over again. Unfortunately, this happened to me the first time I went into the store too. I will not be back. Please check your change.

I’ve ordered here plenty of times because their food is authentic and very delicious. My favorite is the bruschetta salad with grilled shrimp. I even tried the stuffed mushrooms. Yummy!

Been ordering here for almost two years. Recently they have been making the orders incorrectly and when I receive the pizza I’m stuck with something I did not order and they turn around and tell me that I’m wrong. Furthermore when I call in and ask why they are sending me the order wrong he says “because you don’t tip my driver” for someone who knows me knows that I always tip. And anyways what does tipping have to do with the order being wrong? The lady who does the delivery is also so rude. Every time I call in and order and I know I’m gonna pay with a large bill I let them know to bring change. The lady came and when I hand her the bill she says I should have told them I’m paying with a large bill but I did? She gets frustrated says whatever in Spanish turns and walks away without saying anything.

Carelli’s Pizza in Little Falls is hands down the best pizza I’ve ever had! I went there with my friends and we were blown away — the pizza was unbelievable, flavorful, and delicious. On top of that, the owner is so friendly, and the staff is very nice and respectful. Amazing food and amazing people — highly recommend!

Very disappointed in how this restaurant treats its loyal customers. I would’ve expected a little understanding regarding the mistakes THEY made with my order. They even admitted to making my pizza incorrectly ON PURPOSE, which is completely unacceptable. Extremely disappointed. I won’t be ordering from here again and will be finding a new pizza spot.
