Overall experience was ok, I checked in @ 10:37am for my 11am appt. Warehouse personnel was fast and professional, they finished loading me by 12:30pm and I had to sit there for another hour and half just because the person that does the BOL wasn’t there and there wasn’t anyone else able to get me the Bols until that person came back. Good luck ya’ll ✌️
