Hands down one of the BEST Indian food spots in this area
Tried the honey chilli cauliflower ✨ — perfectly crispy with the right sweet-spicy balance. The makhmali chicken tikka was insanely soft and flavourful.
For mains, the butter chicken rich, comforting, and full of authentic flavours. The malai kofta was the star — creamy, homestyle, and tasted just like food back home.
Amazing service, super caring staff, and great vibes all around Definitely a must-visit for foodies and easily the best food I’ve tried in this area. Coming back for sure!

We had an exceptional experience at the lunch buffet on a Friday afternoon. Even though there weren’t many people there, the food was kept fresh in the buffet. The host took exceptionally good care of us and even showed us how to enjoy the Panipuri, which I have never seen that other buffets before. You choose between plane or garlic naan and it’s served fresh directly to your table. We finished our lunch with dessert and chai tea.

The staff and chef were very warm and kept checking on us, which made the experience even better Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit again!

I tried the buffet today and it surpassed my expectations. The food was fresh and very flavourful, I don’t have any signs of a stomach ache like I get from 75% of Indian restaurants and I had a very large helping. The service from chef (forgot your name) was amazing he got fresh garlic naan made for me asking if I wanted more and he made some complimentary Indian tea for me, I have never had better tea before in my life.Chef is switching up dishes so that every time you go to the buffet you can find a new dish you like. I just moved to aldergrove and live just down the street, I am new to Indian cuisine and this is perfect. The price for the quality and quantity of food I ate made from scratch cannot be beat anywhere around here. Mango lassi was also delicious, not the best photography but it really was the best quality buffet I’ve been to for under 20 $ and I’m still stuffed and my stomach is 100% feeling good! Thank you for making quality food.

Life is busy… so it’s been a week since we ate at Cardamom… but it was sooooo delicious, I needed to review!!
Service team (including chef) were amazing. Didn’t take the best photos, but enjoyed the flavours and quality immensely, brought home loads of leftovers. That eggplant dish still has me thinking of it!

Had such a wonderful experience here! We ordered the Vegetable Manchurian with Fried Rice, and honestly, it was amazing. The Manchurian had just the right tangy-sour kick, the veggie balls were soft and flavorful, and the fried rice was perfectly cooked to balance it all out. What I really appreciated was that the spice level could be adjusted to our liking – such a thoughtful touch.
A big shoutout to Chef Kavinder and Chef Mukesh – thank you both for putting so much heart into the food. You can really taste the care and balance in every bite. Can’t wait to come back again!

So glad to have this new restaurant in Aldergrove! The food is amazing and so are the prices. Incredible Value for the money. What was awesome is there is always some mystery with Indian food that’s why most people only end up ordering butter chicken. At Cardamom, the chef makes recommendations of some amazing food that I normally wouldn’t have tried. but having the chef explains to you the ingredients how it’s made and what it is, it takes the mystery away and makes you much more comfortable to try new dishes and the flavours are simply amazing!

We visited this place on our daughter’s birthday and it was a very good experience. The food was exceptional, with each dish bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, and you could taste the quality in every bite. Definitely became our go to place.
