Absolutely Delicious & Wonderful Experience!
We had such an amazing time dining here! The food was rich in flavor, beautifully presented, and tasted just as authentic as it looks. The biryani was fragrant and perfectly cooked, the garlic naan was soft and fresh, chicken 65 was amazing , nihari was so good, packed with spices in the best way. Apollo fish was one of the best I had. You get the taste of India in every dish. We tried the goat biryani was incredible!!
The service was incredibly quick, which made the experience even better. Our food arrived hot and fresh without any long wait. The staff showed amazing hospitality—they were warm, welcoming, attentive, & made sure we had everything we needed throughout the meal.
Overall, a truly satisfying experience. Highly recommend for anyone craving delicious food with great service and genuine hospitality. Will definitely be coming back!

Absolutely amazing food! I ordered the Chicken Biryani and Chicken 65 from Cardamom Niles, and both dishes were incredible. The biryani was perfectly spiced, flavorful, and had that authentic aroma you can only get from real Hyderabadi-style cooking. The Chicken 65 was crispy, juicy, and packed with just the right amount of heat — easily one of the best I’ve had in Chicagoland.
The portions were generous, the food was fresh, and you can tell they put real care into every dish. The staff were friendly, and the service was quick and professional. I’ll definitely be coming back soon — this place is a hidden gem for anyone who loves delicious, authentic Indian food!

Read all the reviews and hoped that the food was good. But it was barely mediocre in taste. To start off, there was almost an hour wait to get our food when we were the only ones in the restaurant. The 65 was okay-ish (have eaten better at many other places), and the Biryani was an utter disappointment. Barely had any meat in it and felt like I was eating rice with some masala and yogurt. Probably wont be going back unless they change their cooking methods given the price point.

I had a very disappointing experience at Cardamom. The service and food quality were both far below expectations.
After placing our order, we had to wait about an hour before any food arrived. We had also ordered chai, but after waiting that long we were told it was not available. To make matters worse, the food that eventually came out seemed stale, especially the biryani, which clearly did not taste fresh.
There were also multiple order mistakes. At one point we were served another table’s food. When our order finally arrived, we received two naans instead of the three we ordered, which they corrected after we pointed it out. We were also served paneer tikka instead of the paneer butter masala we had ordered.
Between the long wait, stale food, and repeated order errors, the overall experience was very frustrating. I hope the restaurant improves its food quality and service in the future.

Pulled up expecting a normal dinner — walked out questioning my life choices because the mutton biryani and achari mutton were SO good they should honestly come with a warning label. The biryani was aromatic perfection, and that achari mutton had me rethinking every meal I’ve ever eaten before this.
Service? Fast enough to make me think they had psychic powers. Staff was warm, friendly, and somehow knew when we needed something before we even asked.
Overall: 10/10. Dramatic levels of delicious. If you’re hungry, just go. If you’re not hungry, go anyway…..this place will fix that. I’m absolutely coming back.

The Chicken 65 and Chilli Chicken are incredibly flavorful, and the Apollo Fish is crispy, fresh, and seasoned to perfection.

One of the best Chef special chicken biryani in Chicagoland area which came with chicken 65 on top and just felt like Hyderabad dining experience. Irani chai was very authentic. Service was quick and the host Sahil was very helpful and suggested the right dishes according to my preference. My kids got Chicken noodles and they liked it very much. Highly recommend these awesome place.
