My mom talked to the owner about having bad pizza before before the order. We got a lg pepperoni pizza. There was very few pepperoni on it. Hardly any cheese. It was bad . I am adding on to your response. We had been ordering from you guys every Sunday. The ownership changed and things seemed to go down hill. We did not order extra anything. We never had to . This particular carbones location has really been letting me down lately. Tonight my order took 65 minutes (25 longer than estimated) and didn’t get any sort of acknowledgment or apology.
The cheese on my pizza was borderline burnt, and yet the pizza was nearly room temp. It looked like they shorted me on cheese and sauce because, as you can see in the pic, the crust is double the size of a normal Carbones pizza. It’s like I got 2’’ less pizza. To top it all off, they forgot to cut the pizza. Imagine trying to tell someone how good Carbones pizza is, and then this is what shows up at your door.

I work at another store in the same strip mall as them and have tried most of the menu, I have yet to be disappointed. Great food, fast and friendly service and some of the best prices of any pizza place! They’re my first choice for pizza and hoagies! Also have the best marinara sauce I’ve ever tasted.

Delivery driver was not friendly for starters. Secondly the pizza was over cooked. The wings were a total disappointment. Would never recommend them. There were feathers on the wings. Soo gross!

After being fed up with Dominos and Pizza Man not answering their phone, we tried Carbone’s for the first time. The woman answering the phone that took my order was so friendly and told me they just did things differently. Let me just tell you, they do indeed do things differently … from the friendly service to the most delicious pizza and wings we’ve ever had. Did our pizza shift in the box during delivery, of course, do I care no … presentation doesn’t mean good food. But that pizza was delicious, I couldn’t believe the size of the sausage pieces on our pizza. The wings were hot and deliciously spicy! They’ve earned a customer for live. Keep doing things differently, because it obviously is the best way! Thank you!

Ordered for delivery to a hotel instead of my house since family was visiting. Pie Fry combo and they delivered a 20oz Diet Coke instead of a 2 liter. The pan pizza wasn’t cut all the way through the dough so we had to get knives to finish cutting it. When I called to complain I was given a manager who said they’d bring the 2 liter. I advised we already purchased soda from a machine for the kids. Then he doubted the pizza wasn’t cut throughout. When we started ordering years ago the pizza was good but the last few times the quality has gone down.
Plenty of other good pizza places around. Otherwise go to the lakeville location never have an issue at that one.

Overall absolutely not worth the money. The pizza was completely ruined and undercooked and doughy raw specs. The meatballs and toast was okay but meatball overcooked. I’ve also been there in person and it’s pretty basic and unimpressive. I will not order here anymore. Should have went with my gut and order Savoys. Ughhh.
At least I got money back from DoorDash.

Used to be a fan but after several bad experiences have to agree with several of the most recent reviews. Latest delivery was a fiasco over 30 minutes later than promised cold and wrong order. Called back they were aware and promised to send out correct order. Delivery showed up again and unfortunately it’s incorrect again , could tell delivery man was flustered as he could not speak English so he did not understand he was at wrong location with incorrect order. Location was aware when we called back again as they said pizza was there on the counter and could be delivered. At this point we decided to cancel order.

We live super close to this Carbone’s and get takeout from there about twice a month. They’re always super friendly, and the pizza is always fabulous. As a transplant from WI, I wholeheartedly appreciate the amount of cheese they pile on each pizza. And their buffalo ranch sauce is our favorite!

Pizza was disgusting. 0/5 stars was like cardboard, not cut well, DRENCHED in tomato sauce, and had maybe THREE pieces of each pineapple and Canadian bacon. Gave my whole family food poisoning and I also got horrible reflux and heartburn which never happens after eating pizza. DO NOT buy this pizza.
