I can’t say enough of how much I appreciated the gentleman that was working. He saw I had crutches and before I even got out the gentleman came out and asked if I needed help. He was so nice. I’ve always loved Carbones and to have employees that provide such great customer service is so great.

Pizza was okay. They tipped it or pushed the box and it stopped abruptly and when I opened the box when I got back home and some of the toppings slid off the pizza. It was pretty disappointing to say the least. Also they told me they were completely out of pasta… every kind of it lol…. I think they just were too lazy on super bowl Sunday to make any. Considering they’re 200ft from the grocery store it was out of laziness not stock.

We’re not super picky but looking at other reviews I guess we’re just unlucky. We ordered a meatball hoagie, hot dago and pizza fries last night. My husband was there a few minutes earlier than the time we were told it would be ready and it was already done. Got it home (we’re less than 5 min away) and it was luke warm at best. Pizza fries were so salty they were barely edible. Tried dabbing the grease off, tried scraping the top but it was like someone opened a salt shaker and poured it on. The worst was my dago. I ate two small rows and a couple bites into the next row I noticed the texture was different. Almost soggy. It was on bread so thought it was the bread that was ‘soggy’ and at a couple more bites. Then noticed that the inside was completely raw. We’re not talking a little undercooked…this was like just-came-off-the-meat-counter raw. It’s a big patty and maybe only an inch around the outside was actually cooked. The rest was totally and completely raw. My husband took it back and all the guy could say was he put it in the timed oven. May want to check your ovens or the timer because it wasn’t even close to being done. Got our money back and won’t be back.

Don’t order delivery! They don’t have their own drivers and rely solely on Uber, which is not very prevalent in the area. It took almost 2 hours to receive my order and one of the employees delivered it on their way home from work. I praise the employee for going out of there way to deliver my order, but find it absolutely ridiculous that a major pizza chain can’t hire a delivery driver especially in a college town.

I walked into the location last night ordered food and I saw a employee come to the counter holding pizza dough without gloves, set the dough on the bare counter where money is handled. When I witnessed him later try to run the dough through the dough press my father told him he couldn’t use the dough. The employee then showed his education level and said putting it in a 500 degree oven kills all the bacteria. Seriously is this how they are trained. He then started getting louder to the point of screaming at us including my wife. That was very much unacceptable In any wold.we called the management and requested to be called back. No call. Stay away just my opinion

Worst $30 taco pizza ever. The stale and weird tasting taco chips ruined what might have been something halfway decent. A huge disappointment for Mothers Day. The small cheese pizza apparently was decent. Never ordering from them again.

I was in town for the weekend and had a hotel nearby. The hotel said this place does room orders, so we ordered from here. No 3rd party drivers like Uber or DoorDash picked it up for 2 hours, so the food got cold. I called in and asked if I could just pick it up and Damon offered to remake it since it got cold. I went there to pick it up and instead of wasting the cold food we ordered Damon gave us both! I highly recommend coming here, Damon was a very nice guy and the Pizza he made was great!
On a side note, I would recommend not ordering delivery since the 3rd party driver was 2 hours late. Also he was very rude to Damon.

It’s been a little bit since I ordered from here earlier today. I went with the Hawaiian and did a custom veggie. Both were awesome, I forgot how good the sauce was here. Crust was crunchy on the veggie, which other places can get a big soggy with all the high moisture toppings. Reece took my order and was very friendly. When I mentioned that it’s been a while and I asked if there was anything new, he mentioned that this location did frozen pizzas. Intrigued, I added a sausage and a meaty frozen pizza to the order. The order came quickly, was perfect. 10 out of 10.
The frozen pizzas were at the quality of some of the higher level pizzas in the grocery stores but at a lower price! I cooked the meaty one tonight and it turned out great. They tasted better than most grocery frozen pizza! I’m going to get all my frozen pizzas here due to the variety they have.

We ordered 2 large pizza. 1 Veg, 1 Pepperoni. $47 for 2 pies. We were told the $5 off coupon from their website is no good. “The people in Burkhardt don’t want that anymore”.
We also got charged $1.74 delivery fee when WE picked up the pies. When I asked about this, I was looked at as if I was stupid because I didn’t understand why I got this charge.
Something is going on at this location. They are by far the most expensive around when it’s $47 for 2 pizza. Definitely recommend going to any place but this one. Too bad because the pies are decent.
