Came into the Carbones for lunch today. It was my first time visiting this location. Overall, my experience was good. The cheese bread was very good and the sausage and pepperoni pizza was delicious. Service was quick and prompt even with many large tables filled up for the lunch rush.

Disappointed lately. My family has been ordering from this carbones my entire life probably 1-2 times per month. The last three times the pizza has been inconsistent. Once it wasn’t cooked, once it wasn’t even delivered as a pizza as it was all smashed against one side of the box… this time right now it tastes reheated. The cheese is hard and tough like rubber. What’s going on? I always order well done for a nice golden glow but this is just unacceptable and tough as Jerky. It was also cold on arrival. Oh…this place is trash! Ordered a pizza The supreme with green olives and extra cheese. $28 get home and it looked horrible. (Wish I could upload the pictures) I never complain or return food. I said nope- bring it back. This lady starts talking saying it looks fine… hahaha I’m like really? I guess she is the owner of all people! She takes it to her husband, he come up and said it doesn’t look that bad. This point I knew- what I was dealing with. I told him that’s fine- if you don’t wanna refund my money, I’m good- I just will never come or order here again. He said that he doesn’t do returns and said he would give me credit… Pizza man is all I gotta say. Don’t buy stock here!

Taryn has been our server on many occasions, she is always fantastic! Today we ordered a pizza with half sausage/pepperoni and half only cheese, it was brought out half sausage and half pepperoni, she even confirmed on the tablet it was order it correctly. Taryn quickly corrected the order with the kitchen which was greatly appreciated by the picky eater in our group!

We went out to celebrate my husband’s birthday. They wanted to seat us in the bar, not the dining room. I said I have two little kids. They don’t need to learn any new words. They did seat us in the dining room. What we didn’t know was there was going to be a Lion’s Club meeting in the dining room. We would have ordered take -out if we would have been told.

Quick seating and service even though it was 6 pm on a Saturday. Server Rae was excellent: friendly, smiling, attentive. Food was awesome. Cheese curds (with yummy marinara) were crispy and not greasy. House pizza as expected: crispy crust perfection with generous toppings.
