How do they keep places like this open? Who eats here? I haven’t had Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or any of those chain places in years because they all used very low-quality products. This place is worse. Wth did I just eat? Expired food? Do you guys check your products? I really hope I don’t get food poisoning. Improve quality, ASAP!! Never again. Bro, where can you eat good Pizza in MN? Is Rosalia the only decent place? I feel bad for throwing it away but I really dont want to get sick. $70 plus to the trash!
REPLY TO THE OWNER: Apparently, I must have been mistaken, the pizza was so delicious that I threw it straight in the trash. I’m actually very fair with my reviews, and if you check my account, you’ll see I give credit where it’s due. The photo looked messy because, yes, it was already tossed. I wasn’t planning to stage a photo shoot for food that tasted awful.
Reviews are meant to help other people avoid wasting 70+ dollars on low-quality food. But sure, maybe I just caught your 16-year family-owned, hand-crafted, expertly sourced kitchen on an off day. I’ll stop by again in person to try your “excellent quality” pizza and wings and update my review accordingly. Including more pictures.
If you want good reviews, it’s simple: serve better food.

It’s very hit or miss. The BBQ chicken pizza is the best pizza I’ve had in Woodbury – hands down. Great crust, fresh ingredients, delicious flavor profile. Pepperoni pizza was good but definitely has competition. Lasagna was an epic fail- one layer of pasta in a sea of marinara and cheese. Garlic bread was downright addictive. Definitely worth experimenting more than once even if the first time let’s you down.

Pretty good pizza but my favorite is the Italian cheese fries. I wish this location had waffle fries with season sour cream deep, like the Minneapolis location. Hmmm. Waitress left and I had to finally go find her. We were the only Customers in the place! Food came out and I had to send it back as it had tomatoes which I Said, no tomato. Atmosphere was kinda loud and it looked like a hang out place.loud talking went on and on from a table that looked like a break table. This place won’t make it without better leadership and employees Clean it up and make your customers the very first priority.

Several Carbone’s locations have had to have changed their recipe over the last 3, 4 or 5 years. It’s very unappealing nowadays. IGH & WSP Carbone’s have each hit major lows and tonight i tried Woodbury. Their pizza taste and texture also failed. The sauce is not even close to the sauce taste of 4+ years ago. I’m surprised anyone is still buying your pizza actually. Sorry but that is how i feel. Maybe that explains why you close at 9 pm on weekdays and “10 pm” on weekends. Most pizza locations stay open until 10 or 11 pm on weekdays and at least 1am on weekends. Think sbout that people/customers before you order another Carbone’s. If you were a previous Carbone’s fan, try it again and see if I’m wrong. Do yourself a favor though and buy a small pizza. Don’t spend more until you judge it for yourself.

The pizza is real good but no veggie specials.. I can’t have cheese and most places give 2 items for no cheese but they don’t!!! Emily was so sweet!!! Pizza was real good but many times they charge more???? Everyone seems so kind.. I just wish they would use olive oil pure so I could have pizza…. AND SEED OILS ARE BAD FOR YOU AND MORE PEOPLE HAVING ALLERGIES.. THANK YOU

We tried two of these on Valentine’s Day. One had extra cheese and mushrooms and the other had BBQ chicken pizza ingredients. Both were fabulous – we loved the bread, and the ingredients made the treat moist and delicious.
