I came in on the Thursday midday, the server was kind, the food was amazing, and the ambiance was perfect! I hope to eat here for many years to come! If you come to eat anything, make sure you get the fries! Better than almost every place I’ve ever gone to! Also, don’t sleep on the amount of food they give you for the price, ABSOLUTELY WORTH EVERY PENNY!!!! I couldn’t even finish my pizza sandwich. (Which was also amazing!) 10/10, will be coming again!

Called and placed a order ,was told it would take 45min,after 55 min no food,called and asked when my food would be coming was informed that it was still on the shelf to be picked up I was then told it could take a additional hour. My food order was placed at 5:18,it was put out to be picked up at 5:35,it was now 6:08 PM Called back again at 6:35PM and food was still on shelf to be picked up It had been over a hour.I asked to speak to manager after being on hold for 15 min was told that she was busy,I informed them that I would wait,they hung up on me. I called back they hung up Called with a different number and staff answered.I did speak to the manager briefly.She told me that I had ordered through door dash and .I informed her that NO I called Carbones and order over the phone.I ended up having them cancel my order and I am waiting for my card to be refunded.VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Pizza arrived smashed against the boxes, rendering over half of each pizza inedible without either a procuring skilled surgeon to expertly repair the damage or a food processor and a straw. Called to discuss the issue and was told that there was “no manager available”. Does this manager have banker’s hours?!
The only positive of this situation was that the cheese bread arrived alive and was enjoyed by my children (it was actually pretty tasty), so there’s that.
I’ll update this review after I stop in after work tomorrow and investigate as to whether or not there is someone in charge.

Don’t ever order delivery from this place! Waited over an 1 1/2 and pizza was cold and gross looking didn’t even eat it. I tried to cancel my order after waiting and not receiving it Staff wasn’t helpful at all. Alls they could say is they use outside service. I wanted money back and they refused! The old Owner Jerry would never allow this. Place is falling apart!

We had a party of 12 people the service was slow as molasses on a -5 day we ordered food and drinks. After the food came we didn’t see the waitress until we paid the check . The food was okay. And the place was super clean . But customer service was sub par… for the place only having two other people dine in . I rate it at about a 4 of 10 star .

We had a large pizza, and it was one of the best I’ve ever had. Half sausage and onion and half jalapenos and chicken. Good cheese curds and a nice beer selection. Service was awesome. I’ve always liked Carbone’s pizza. This was the first visit to this location, and I would drive the extra distance vs. going to one that’s closer.

Went on a Saturday night around 9pm, wasn’t really packed. Waitress was very rude and unprofessional. Didn’t get what we asked for, she didn’t come check on us. The drinks were horrible. The pizza was burnt. This restaurant has gone to shit. Never will go back

I looked online and the menu I looked at showed that a pizza sandwich was 5.50 so I was surprised when I ordered one with 2 other ingredients and the total was 13.**. Well it turns out the sandwich is 8.99 + 1.75 each for other ingredients. I was also surprised when my sandwich which was ordered as a sausage, onion & olive had pepperoni and some salami in it. In the future I will stick to other pizza places in the area as this Carbone’s isn’t what it used to be.
