Not all Carbone’s are created equal, however, Centerville location is in the top 3. I’ve always appreciated the customer service which is unchanged and always dependable. The food is excellent and always delicious, I feel fortunate to live centrally located amongst the premier locations in the northeast metro of several exceptional Carbone’s locations

When I called the pizza I ordered was $23.25. On picking it up and presenting my diners card for $6 off he said $20+ Not a big difference but not right. We have ordered many times without a hitch but now must be under new ownership. Nobody there seemed to know what they were doing. Not sure I will try them ever again.

Food is always hot and fresh. If delivered they deliver in the time frame they say they would. Excellent service in that once we were late in picking up a pizza and they waited 5-10 minutes after closing for us to get there.

We usually do delivery and have been very happy with Carbone’s service. I love the sauce, and they are willing to make to make the pizza to our specifications.
