So, we order from this Carbone’s fairly often. And I can say that in general we never have a complaint about the quality of the food.
Tonight, Saturday 12/27 we ordered take out through the website – a large pepperoni, pizza fries and an Italian wrap (cold sandwich) – 20 minute pick up per the order confirmation.
Since it was Saturday night and I know from past experience time management isn’t a skill that this restaurant practices very much I gave them an extra five minutes.
Get there and am told by the girl at the register “it will be a few minutes”. Turned out to be 25 minutes. But, Saturday night, holiday weekend, etc. etc. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt even though a “sorry for the wait” would have been nice I know not to expect it from this place.
The real problem was when I got home everything was cold. I literally live three minutes away. Pizza, pizza fries, and the French fries with my wrap were all totally cold – not luke warm or semi- cold but cold like they had been sitting out for a very long time. So after being 25 minutes late coming out of the kitchen they give me cold food.
This is just terrible management and really inexcusable no matter “how busy” or how “ short staffed” they were. Will I keep going there? Maybe because like I said, the food has always been good but I like Turirito’s, their competitors up the street just as much and the comparison in service between them is striking. One seems to care about customer service and the other obviously does not.

Grubhub blamed it on you. Doubt, but at the end of the day you’re letting them deliver your food. I pay nearly double what is on the receipt you see because you outsource delivery. Its pizza. Really that hard to staff someone who primarily delivers and relies on tips that can help with whatever in the meantime? And if the driver was being honest, train the smooth brain who let this leave the restaurant. Used to be my go-to. Will stick to Parkway where Parkway employees show up to your door with Parkway pizza.

We got the cheesecurds (not pictured), and two large pizzas…Canadian bacon, pineapple, and half green peppers as well as a sausage and green olive. The food is delicious (the menu has an array of choices…from salads, appetizers, sandwiches, pastas, platters, and of course pizza), the atmosphere is relaxed and casual. Not a lot of seating, but the inside was very clean and nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. You can dine-in or they also do take-out and delivery. While we were eating a lot of people came in for take-out. There is lots of free parking as well as other great shops in the area. I really recommend trying this specific location in St. Anthony…we will definitely go back!

The girl working was so nice! The owner or boss or whoever was in charge was super rude and grumpy. Two pizzas took 45 min and came out overcooked/burned, they were not busy, we were the only group there. Arriving at 6:30 and not eating until 7:45 is crazy…

Tried to go here for lunch. Suppose to open at 3. We waiting outside until 3:05 and called to ask if they were opening today. They said they were open. They then came to unlock the door after we informed them that it was locked.
We went in and no one said anything to us. Didn’t offer drinks or anything after 10 more minutes of no one coming to the counter to take our order or explaining what was happening we left.

8/8/2025. We had an okay lunch. We were the customers that had a salad and a meatball sandwich. You would remember because I used alot of napkins. I used my sanitizer to clean off the table. My salad was so so . I did leave a 5 dollar tip in the bottle because you served us. Please clean better.

My family and I went here for the first time last night and the young man who was doing both take out and the restaurant was EXCEPTIONAL! Very polite and friendly despite juggling many orders and customers. And the food was excellent! I never quite know what I’m going to get when I order salad at a pizza place but was pleasantly surprised – it was very good!
