I’ve been waiting to try this place for months and it lived up to the expectations. Phenomenal food and service across the board. Our server Margarita was amazing extremely knowledgeable about the different appetizers and entrees. Once she realized it was our first time she had a list of recommendations. She learned we were celebrating what would have been my mom’s 80th. She immediately said no worries y’all will be taken care of and she wasn’t wrong. Someone next to us was getting the cheese wheel and my dad had never seen it so she explained to him the whole process. Other servers came by checking on us for water or answering any questions we had. The food was amazing my dad loved the spaghetti and meatballs. I tried the famous chicken Parmesan & vodka

This was our first visit to Carbonara, and we had an excellent lunch celebrating my husband’s birthday. We started with a Caesar salad and Nonna’s meatballs, both of which were outstanding. We also appreciated the complimentary focaccia and semolina bread, served with olive tapenade and a side of sauce—a very nice touch.
The main dishes were truly the highlight. My husband ordered the Bucatini Carbonara prepared tableside, which was both fun to watch and incredibly flavorful. I had the Chicken Parmigiana alla Vodka, and it was perfectly cooked with a rich, yummy sauce. Portions were very generous—we even had enough leftovers for another meal.
Our server, Margarita, was exceptional: attentive, kind, and detail-oriented. She even surprised my husband with a small piece of tiramisu on a birthday plate, which made the celebration feel extra special.
We’re excited to hear Carbonara is opening a location in Gainesville and look forward to enjoying it closer to home—without the parking hassle. Highly recommend!

Absolutely adored our visit to Carbonara! Taylor was a fantastic server — very kind, very informative, and even giving us great recommendations. Ambience and presentation of food was wonderful, including the table side Carbonara and tiramisu experiences. Will definitely return!

This was our first time here. We visited for my girlfriend’s birthday. Potter was our server, who made our night exquisite! He was very attentive and provided excellent recommendations! We started our meal with the meatballs and the fried mozzarella. The meatballs were very filling and authentic. For our main dishes we had the short rib lasagna and the crab cake ravioli topped with shrimp and scallops. Both were absolutely delicious. For drinks we ordered the Santa cider mocktail and the boozy hot chocolate. The cider was perfection! The hot chocolate was strong and cozy. The tiramisu was top tier!!!! We will definitely be back to try the tomahawk for two!!!

We were able to get a reservation last minute. Although we could not bring 6 family members, I was able to bring my wife. If I had one world for the place in general, it would be “exquisite”. From start to end, the service was phenomenal, our server Taylor did an amazing job at explaining the menu. The food items we ordered were phenomenal. Definitely would love to be back for more.

This spot was highly recommended on social media, and it did not disappoint. I decided on the Spinach Agnolotti with breaded chicken with the help of our server Potter. It was the tastiest pesto pasta I’ve ever had. Throughout our dinner service, Potter was attentive and kind. Our anniversary celebration continued as we made our way to Washington, D.C. from Williamsburg, Va. This restaurant was the perfect place to continue marking over 40 years of marriage. As soon as we walked in, the ambiance was great. We were seated quite quickly and our waiter was very helpful and attentive. And most importantly, the food was just delicious. The free bread appetizer with sauce and toppings was very good. I ordered the tagliatelle lobster n shrimp and it proved to be a good choice. We were also treated to a Champagne toast for our anniversary! This place is perfect for a couples night.

ASK FOR POTTER!!! Everything about Carbonara was amazing. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance of the dining room was absolutely perfect. We were seated promptly and had the pleasure of being served by Potter, who truly made the entire experience unforgettable. He was incredibly attentive, checked in on us at just the right times, and gave honest, spot-on menu recommendations.

This place is a 10 out of 10 — but definitely book a reservation ahead of time!
Everything we had was so good. We started with the espresso martini flight (s’mores, pistachio, and tiramisu). The s’mores was our least favorite, but the pistachio and tiramisu were delicious.
For appetizers, we got the calamari. I personally would’ve liked it a little crispier, but my date thought it was great.
Of course, we had to order the chicken parm — and wow. They pour the alla vodka sauce tableside straight from the pan, which makes the whole experience even better. It was truly amazing.
I ordered the King of the Sea linguine. It had huge chunks of lobster, which was impressive. The shrimp wasn’t super flavorful on its own, but it was good dipped in the sauce.
For dessert, we tried the cheesecake crème brûlée. It was alright — I was really hoping to crack into that crème brûlée top myself!
Shoutout to our server, Cepheus. We were very indecisive, and he was extremely helpful, giving great insight and personal recommendations that really helped us choose.

What an incredible night! My roommate and I went and everything was so delicious. I got the table side carbonara and she got the chicken parm and we could eat it every night!! We also got the espresso martini flight which was perfect to try a bunch of them. Our server was Teo and he was so so kind. He had so many recommendations and was so helpful. Our glasses were never emptied and we left so happy. We’ll definitely be back to see Teo. Thank you guys!!
