OK, these guys are absolutely brilliant at the basics. Their service was timely and very professional. The food was extremely tasty and made with the freshest ingredients. I had the Carne Asada and my wife had the fish tacos and they were both absolutely amazing. The guacamole was also top shelf. I really can’t say enough about how well prepared the food was. It truly was a delight. They had plenty of parking and my dogs were able to sit patiently and wait for us. My strongest possible recommendation for the best Mexican restaurant in Kitsap county if not the Pacific Northwest. Even if Mexican food is not your thing, you’ll still be really impressed with this place. We will most certainly be back!!!

Try their queso fundido and their homemade tortillas. We came on opening day, and we came in with enough tables behind us that they went from nearly empty to near full, so I won’t be judging service or speed today. I will say that judging from their Silverdale location their service is usually good.
I have tried a lot of options on their menu between Silverdale and this location and I can say that the selection has a unique flair and that’s a breath of fresh air. Aside from the queso fundido and the tortillas we haven’t found anything that we really got excited about but there are enough options on the menu that we can still keep coming back trying again and again.
I’d recommend everyone try their menu at least twice as it’s very unique, and their service is usually good at other locations so it’ll be good here too eventually (again, we came while it was slammed and they did their best). Even today, our food came out decently quick. They should be commended for how they handled such an all-at-once seating.

Fabulous. Jared gives outstanding service. We ordered the Coco Loco drink, Carne Asada, chicken en Mole, chips and salsa. Everything was perfect.

First visit for dinner and after trying the silverdale location was skeptical but I found the food much better! I think dishes are a hit and miss. My group ordered the pollo en crema and beef fajitas…both were great! Pricey. Service has to improve and I would say newbie mistakes…will gladly go again!

Quaint Mexican restaurant. Quiet, and relaxing atmosphere. A cut above the standard chips and salsa establishment. A more robust menu highlighting steaks in addition to the Mexican menu. Very flavorful dish preperation. Attention to food presentation and service. It’s definitely worth a return experience.

The theater rooms are small but what do you expect for an old firehouse. But that is the point, it’s nice and personal having your own little theater room to you and maybe 50 others. FYI, there is no Mexican restaurant anymore. I believe it is now Indian food (don’t hold me to that). I for certain know it’s not Mexican anymore. That was part of the downside for my brother and I as we wanted Mexican for his bday, but whatever it takes to keep this place in business is great. He’s just not a fan of whatever the food was being served on the restaurant side. I wish they would allow you to order food from the restaurant at the concession stand and have it brought to you in the theater. If they do offer this, they need to advertise it better. But also they would need serving trays or something cause people are messy.
I once went to a theater in Dubai back in 2008 that had touch screen menus at every seat. You could order any food or drink, alcoholic or not, and they would bring it to you within 15 minutes. It was really cool Being able to eat dinner while watching a movie and not having to get up for anything. I have yet to find a place in the US that does this. I think this small corner theater could possibly pull it off with a few changes to its operational procedures. I think that would pull in some more people. Who doesn’t like dinner and a movie with full service?

This place is absolutely fire! The bomb diggity! If your looking for a local place with stellar Mexican food and crisp refreshing cocktails this is the perfect place for yourself and family/ friends. It was a clear day when we decided to go and you could even see Mount Rainier in all her glory ! Delicious doesn’t even begin to describe how well the food was! The service was bar none ! What more could you ask from a local restaurant? Extremely fair prices throughout the entire menu ! Looking forward to taking my wife and son back! This place is a staple with in the community! It also attaches to the coolest vintage theater in case your in the mood for a flick. I would consider this place to be hands down the best restaurant we have in town! Love love love this restaurant!

Have dined twice and enjoyed my meal very much. Service is pleasant and prompt. Food quality excellent. Everything tastes fresh, food is flavorful. If your favorite thing about Mexican restaurants is free chips and cheese, this isn’t your place. Looking for more traditional fare? Then this is the place.

My wife and I noticed that this place along Hwy 104 in Kingston is never very busy. Why? It’s not because of the food, atmosphere or service – they are all great! What about the prices? I think they are right in line with expectations.
My wife had the Chicken En Mole, a conventional meal that was excellent. I tried something new – Nopal Asado Al Pastor. Loved it.
