It started off with our favorite resturante Bella California being closed for construction. We were never told that during booking or else we would have went to another resort.
We went to Carbon grill for tacos and they put us on the wait list even though we are elite 4 star and get to bypass the line. We then sat there without a waiter ever coming to our table for nearly 10 minutes. I finally had to wave one down with the menu.
The internet is pretty much useless as it takes about 5 minutes just to load a page (see the video).
Later at the hot tub, my girl friend asked one of the waiters if she could please get another drink and he said very sternly “no, we stop serving at 5” we then had to ask if there was another way to get drinks. Only then did he tell us they will still serve us at the bar. A waiter should never tell a customer “No”, but instead guide them to how else they may assist.
About 3 hours before dinner we walked down to Elite services to have them book us a reservation at Carbon grill. Lili confirmed that we for sure had a reservation there. When we showed up and said we had a reservation they looked at us dubfounded and said “no we are sorry, no one put in a reservation”. We then had to put in our on reservation and wait.
Also note, Carbon Grill no longer grills the food on an open carcoal grill and then bring the food to you on a small grill. They down graded cook it on a gas grill and just bring it to you on a platter.
If they try to sell you a timeshare or membership to the Villa Group run, run, run. Trust me they lie and say whatever possible to get you locked in for 50 years paying them 3 times more than what the average vacationer pays just booking through the resort.One of the reasons I bought is that They told me they were giving me 5,000 extra points every absolutely free, (big lie) you have to pay half price just to use them and pay $2,500 maintenance fee. I promise you on everything you know and trust, you will hate your life if you sign those papers.
I pay $13,540 a year for 5 weeks of stay in the junior suite. Go on the website and look up how much it cost to stay at Villa Del Palmar for 5 weeks (it is literally 3 times cheaper).
DO NOT BUY A TIMESHARE OR MEMBERSHIP TO VILLA GROUP!
This is my first of many reviews until the refund me all my money and cancel this contract of lies they told me.

This is affiliate with the villa group. We came to this awesome restaurant for our family dinner. We didn’t have reservations and they were able to accommodate 14 quests. Our food came fast and piping hot to our table. Your food is served on hot hibachi grill’s. The views are amazing from this restaurant. This is a lively trendy crowd and everyone is dancing and having a great time.

We live coming to this part of the hotel for lunch and dinner. During lunch until 430…. You can get great tacos and fresh sushi rolls and watch the amazing view of the ocean… at night , book yourself in for delicious meat and seafood… if you are on the all inclusive deal, this pace is heaven… guaranteed to put on the pounds… little known fact, there is a bathroom around the back

Had a great dinner at the Carbon Grill Restaurant at the Villa Del Palmar in Cabo San Lucas Mexico. Adriana, the hostess, was more than willing to accommodate us, although we didn’t have a reservation. The food was definitely the best we had while in Cabo. And Pedro, our waiter was the most attentive. After we informed them that we were on our honeymoon, they brought out a try of desserts, on the house. Definitely would recommend this place for a great dinner in a great location looking out onto the ocean.

This place was so amazing we got the hot grill with filet minion and the 2 lobster trails. They bring it to you in place it in the table for you to get on your own. We had alot 3 drinks each top tier food and over looking the beach at night… The waiter loved my Los Angeles Dodger hat he tried it on and let him keep it. Service was good atmosphere and food 5 stars… Will come back.

Carbon is a very unique dinning experience my partner and I went on a whim . The food is just as advertised it is served to you on a grilled hot plate with flamed skewers. The presentation is everything and the service was next level. We had the chihuahua steak and chorizo and asked for salmon as well as an alternative. The salmon was cooked to perfection very tender well spiced and delicious flavor. To add, they give you a salad of your choice prior to the main coming out which was just enough to hold you over. The server was excellent and made great recommendations if you are in Los Cabo’s definitely check this place out. We went during the evening but I’m sure the views are that much more breath taking during the day

This place was exceptional, best food we had while in cabo. We weren’t staying at the hotel but wanted to try it. Security didn’t want to let us in without a reservation at firsr. They called and we were able to be seated right away. Food, Drinks, Service, Atmosphere were all 5 star. Highly recommend.
