Stopped by here to pick up some small cakes for a birthday. Everything looks beautiful and I hope to go back to try out all the breads they had.
I was a little disappointed that they don’t have slightly larger containers for the cakes that have the pretty strawberries on top. It got squished when the lid was closed. They just looked so pretty.
One of the pastry display cases did have a lot of condensation built up on the top, and there were pastries underneath without any covered…made me hesitate on ordering anything from that container.

Another good bakery in Wheaton, MD. Price is very reasonable. Anyway, the taste and quality aren’t quite consistent, sometimes. There is a lot of Spanish pastries and bread styles. (I never try yet.) Their cake option doesn’t has many kind but for me it’s enough choices and most of them looks cute.
p.s. Anyway I like Caramelo Bakery that they are closed quite late for bakery shop schedule and also beautiful graffiti art wall outside the building.

This is a great little local bakery with a broad selection of different pastries, cakes, and other treats. They also have sandwiches and empanadas which are delicious! Limited indoor seating; it seems like most people get things here to-go. Prices are great for the quality. I’d highly recommend this place for a quick breakfast/brunch/lunch option.
For the newcomer: most of the baked goods are in glass cases. Go to the front and pick up a little basket and tongs, grab what you want, and then go to the cashier to pay for your pastries.

I bought a small cake here for a birthday, and it was a hit! It was a vanilla cake with fruit and coconut with a whipped cream frosting. It had they perfect amount of sweetness, and it was super moist, reminiscent of a tres leches cake. The prices here are great, too. This small cake was only $18, but a much bigger cake was only $45 and a medium was $30, if i remember correctly.

The flan here is amazing and I want to marry it. The empanadas and other snacks are good. Give it a try but I swear by that flan. Some batches are a miss but come back another time and surely it will hug your tastebuds

Truly delicious baked goods. Try the spinach and cheese empanadas, and be sure to get as many pastries as you can. Be careful though, that will be a lot because the prices are very very very reasonable.

Love this place! I always order from here for my son’s birthday. He’s a big fan of their Tres Leches and they never disappoint. The ordering process is always easy and straightforward. I usually place my order about 3 weeks in advance and everything is always ready on time and beautifully done!
