Caramel Creations is a quaint, inviting candy shoppe. My kids love her absolutely amazing Caramel apples. I like the freeze dried Caramel. My husband loves her cinnamon rolls. We always stop in when in Rapid City. I highly suggest you visit this locally owned store before visiting big box stores. Stopped by and spoke with the owner Lori. She was so nice and really cares about local, South Dakota businesses and artisans. In addition to her own culinary treats, she also sells local honey, and small arts and crafts. The atmosphere of her shop was very cozy and nicely decorated for the holidays. All of her food is prepared fresh, on-site in the back and patrons can watch the process! Would definitely recommend for anyone with a sweet tooth in the mood for delicious caramel corn and candy.

I had a great tasting egg salad sandwich on rye with a side of pasta yesterday. Not only did it taste fantastic, but the price did not break the bank. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a reasonably priced lunch that tastes great.
