Was really excited to try this place because the food in the pictures looked AMAZING.
This is what you get for $15. We came in at 12pm with no line.
The corn and chicken looked unappetizing and were extremely dry. So disappointing, will never recommend or come back again.

This is really good chicken. We used to go to a place in Colorado called Rico Pollo and this is close. Chicken has good flavor and the Chadian rice was a nice surprise. My 3yr old loved the chicken.

Do not order through Door Dash for pickup. They will tell you the restaurant is open when they are not. And they will still accept your order, take your money! Drive the 20+ mins to pick up the food, find the restaurant closed even when Google Maps amd DoorDash said they were open. Go through the DoorDash app to recieve my money back, and they wont give me a refund even with prrof of the store closed and not being able to pick up my food.

I just try this place for the first time, and the rotisserie chicken was AMAZING! I definitely love me some Carali’s. My husband ordered a bowl with Lomo, and it was extra tasty. My son had the chaufa with chicken and shrimp, and he is now hooked! Definitely a place we will be coming back to, and trying some more items from the menu.

We had the 1/4 white with sweet potato fries and tostones. Wifey had 1/4 dark with fried rice and yuca bites. She also ordered a chicken empanada. I had a Strawberry margarita too. Everything was delicious! Stephanie took our order and checked on us as well after we received our food. She was very knowledgeable of the menu and super sweet. Thanks for a great experience

The food was good but the amount of chicken that was served was mediocre for the $13-$14. I could have gone to Chipotle or Qdoba and gotten a lot more for that price. There was literally 4-5 small slices of chicken

Good food but the place is dirty! I had to get a paper towel and clean my own table. I did hand sanitizer to use as a cleaner and the paper towel was black when I finished cleaving a table to eat at. Multiple tables had trash on them and on the seats as well.
No, it was not busy, there was 1 table of people eating and when we went to order, the guy was playing on his phone.
I spent $65 for 2 people to eat and would much rather spend that money in a clean restaurant.

The food was ok. On the build your own bowl, it comes in a bowel, all ingredients separate in bowl, and very messy trying to mix it all up. There was only 1 type of hot sauce and it was xxxrtra hot. Needs sauce variety. My bowl was dry and could have used some type of sauce to help.

This location is weird because of its placement in the mall, but it’s just as delicious as all of the other locations in the Louisville area! The Loma Wrap is FANTASTIC. It’s a must have in my opinion. It’s huge if you can’t tell from the picture. I got the spinach tortilla with it and I like to have the green sauce with it (I can’t remember the name right now, but it’s so good). The pricing is very good for the wrap, but I would say I tried getting the yucca fries before as an appetizer and felt like the price was too high for the small amount you get. They were yummy though. They have a cool little fridge where they keep squeeze bottles of the sauces. I like having the ability to get more or try a different one if I want to. High quality food at an outlet mall. You should give it a try if you haven’t!
