We came here to try their “famous” cheese-covered burger, and honestly, I have no idea how it became famous in the first place. The cheese was cold, the bread was hard like it had been sitting out for days, and the beer was warm. For the price they charge, this was an absolute joke. Zero flavor, zero quality, and nothing like the videos they advertise. Total disappointment. I wouldn’t come back even if it was free.

We had a perfect experience at this establishment. We had Lorena as our bartender making the margaritas and they were the best margaritas we had in town. We tried many locations and this was hands down the most balanced margarita. As for our service, Juan, was extremely kind and met all our needs. I highly recommend this location.

Went for a late bite after the Mexican independence celebration and it was the perfect ending to a great day. Beautiful views, delicious food, loud and fun music. I would definitely go back.

We reserved a table for four for New Years Eve. The cover was 2,500 each. The food was ok. The “chocolate cake” looked like a brownie made in a muffin pan. The service was terrible. We were some of the first guests to arrive and waited over 45 minutes for our drinks. The worst part is that after reviewing the receipt once back in the states I realized they over charged us several hundred pesos for two martinis, a carajillo and an orange juice that we definitely did not order. Quince is just around the corner. It is more expensive, but the service is impeccable, the food is better and the view of the Basillica is amazing.

Amazing, Delicious, Excellent in San Miguel de Allende! Service and food are superb everything you expect and more from a 5⭐️restaurant. We tried 3 appetizers an all delivered to our taste buds, drinks were perfect and refreshing, our main courses were truly a joy to enjoy! We will most definitely return soon.

★☆☆☆☆ 1 star — Disappointing from start to finish
This was easily the worst meal I’ve had in San Miguel de Allende—and I say that as a local who eats out here often.
I ordered the short rib flautas, and the meat was genuinely inedible: tough, dry, and so hard that even a steak knife couldn’t cut through it. The dish arrived lukewarm at best, and the vegetables were wilted and completely lacking flavor.
My husband ordered the ribeye, which unfortunately tasted like reheated leftovers rather than a properly cooked steak. The service didn’t help matters. Our server forgot items we requested, and when I asked for salt, I was handed two small salt packets—like something you’d expect at a fast-food counter, not a restaurant charging premium prices.
For what we paid, I expected far better food quality and a much higher standard of service. Save your time and your money—there are many better options in San Miguel.

The food was cold and took forever. The service sucked no one really came to check if everything was good. They have a no smoking sign and someone was smoking and told the waiter and was very unprofessional when she told them. It was like we weren’t there. When we asked for the manager, she already knew we didn’t like the service. Nothing was done! Would never go to one again
