We ordered a medium pizza. Two of our slices came with almost no cheese and was not really sliced. The crusts were all uneven and some of the slices were very flat compared to the rest. Had burnt black specs on a few of the pieces.

Been a loyal customer since it opened. Ordered for the family tonight. Pizza and Wings, tried a wrap first time. Sirlion wrap 1.00 extra, extra meat 3.00 extra. Did not include the toppings we requested like onions, grilled peppers and mushrooms, had some thrown on raw green pepper pieces maybe 2. Absolutely no extra meat was added to this. Called after we picked it up and got home and saw this extremely sorry looking wrap. Spoke to 2 women that stated they were management and I asked for 15 dollars back for the price we paid for this wrap. My options manager provided was remake the wrap and we drive back to get it or 15 percent off next order. Also for years I tip on pick up and left a tip and also had over a 50 dollar total order. Why wouldn’t a business refund someone the price of this wrap? This makes no sense to me. They have lost a lifelong customer. I took pictures because this is how absolutely sad a business is standing by something like this. Added a Caraglios side of blue cheese to show the scale of the size of the wrap. We can go with our hard earned money to another place and get a double size wrap and still pay less than 15 dollars for it. What a disappointment and a shame on the management at N. Greece Rd. Caraglio’s. Do better for your customers.

Honestly probably my favorite pizza place. The crust is thick but in a good way because it’s not dry its just fluffy. The toppings are the right proportions and the pepperoni is really good, it’s crispy which you can see in many of the pictures. I tend to like sweeter sauces and this feels like a good balance leaning towards sweet but not overly so. The wings were different than I was used to. I’m used to really saucy wings but these wings rely on better chicken wings themselves. It’s like good quality wings with a stronger, thin sauce which I thought worked really well even though I wasn’t expecting much because I usually prefer the sauciest wings. Overall I’m considering getting more tomorrow even though I’m only in town two days. Great job guys.

Hello fellow pizza enjoyers, I recently had an outing at around 7:30pm yes I understand they close at 8:00pm but I was really hoping to enjoy my sandwiches with my lady friends sadly we refused to put any of this stuff you call a sandwich into our mouths honestly really disappointing because this is one of my favorite joints I go to and now I’m regretting all of this. All ready got in contact with staff and hopefully they respond with good news. To put icing on the cake I gave them a 5 DOLLAR tip on top of the 25$ I spent. My Grandma can make a better sandwich and she is missing her right arm.

On 12/23/25 I’m coming back because I wanted to try this place again.placed pick up order. I got mozzarella sticks with no marinara. Completely wrong pizza. Asked for sausage, onions and green peppers. We got black olives and onions?? Boneless wings always look barely sauced. Don’t order door dash here, on two occasions, the delivery’s ended up being totally wrong or messed up. I know it’s not all their fault but the fault of the door dash employee, however, they don’t put names/receipts on the package and they don’t tape it up to prevent items being touched or falling out. Dont use door dash from this place!!!!!

You have to ask for the thin crust, otherwise you get a loaf of bread with sauce and cheese. If that’s your thing don’t ask for thin. Overall they have a really good sauce, and don’t typically over cheese.
