honestly it sucks. the food was alright my chicken empanadas are super sweet like they may have added sugar to them or some type of sweetener & my tequenos came out super cold like it’s been in the fridge & you could taste the dough it was super squishy & uncooked . i paid $108 for a couple empanadas & some tequenos & no drink. the price is ridiculous. they had no menu options & the waiter was so garbage at her job. she honestly didn’t help. it’s also in the middle of a trailer park & directions are not clear what so ever. you will not find it if you do not call. they have cheaper bundle options but they will not give it to you if you don’t ask. we paid the most expensive by ordering our own quantity instead of using theirs. & the parking there’s no where to park ! remember it’s a trailer park so you would have to park in front of someone’s house.

I would like to start off by mentioning the location and how inconvenient the parking situation is because it is located at someone’s home in a tight road.Second I have tried a multitude of Venezuelan food spots both food trucks and restaurants not just in Indiana but other states an I can definitely say the food wasn’t impressing and overall a complete let down. For anyone who has had authentic Venezuelan food I would not recommend.

Excelente desayuno venezolano! La comida estaba deliciosa. Pedí unos tequeyoyos riquísimos con la masa suave por dentro y tostadita por fuera. El relleno estaba con muy buen sabor. También pedí unas empanadas y se notaba que eran recién hechas: crujientes, nada grasosas y con ese toque casero típico de Venezuela.
El servicio fue amable y eficiente, perfecto para cuando uno necesita algo rápido pero rico por la mañana. Sin duda volvería a desayunar aquí.

Opinión Personal: ” ESTABAN DELICIOSAS “
Opinión Profesional:
A ) TEXTURA : Perfecto balance de la masa, entre sólida y suave, lo cual brinda una excelente consistencia de inicio a fin.
B ) INGREDIENTES : Diversidad de sabores bien mezclados entre proteínas, vegetales y aliños. Otorgando un deleite al paladar en cada bocado.
C ) SABOR : La adecuada integración de los dos elementos anteriores, hacen que tu platillo sea de una calidad ” GOURMET “, la cual tenía tiempo sin disfrutar ( similar a las de Sumito y Scannone ).
Opinión Profesional de un Cheff con más de 14 años de experiencia…
NOTA : Tu pasión y enfoque por tu elevar los estándares de tu marca, le dan ése toque personal a tus productos. Sigue así y a corto plazo te visitaré en tu restaurant…
