The NYS police eats here; that should tell you everything you need to know. Such a great place. A hidden gem in Clifton Park of a busy route 9. I’ve always had a great experience whether ordering in, ordering delivery, ordering pick up. The food is ALWAYS fresh and hot and has never disappointed. This is what pizza crust should be. So delicious. The appetizers are also all amazing.

Disappointing – Poor Customer Service Over a Simple Mistake
I ordered a pizza and two orders of medium wings from Caputo’s on a busy Friday night, expecting a solid meal for hungry guests. Unfortunately, when I got home—30 minutes away—I discovered the wings had no sauce. Not a drizzle, not a trace—just oily, flavorless chicken. It was letdown for everyone waiting to eat.
I called the shop and spoke with the manager, who asked me to text her a photo of the wings to confirm. I did. Her response? Since there was sauce on the rim of the tin in the photo (it was just oil), they could offer a credit for half the wings. I explained again—these wings were completely bare and flavorless. Her final answer: I talked to the owners and that’s the best we can do.
Still trying to give them a chance to make things right, I went in person the following Monday. I asked to speak with a manager, and one woman reluctantly stepped forward before telling her coworkers she was “done with people today”. Another woman who happened to be the same manager I had texted with stepped forward. I calmly re-explained the situation—20 wings, no sauce—and got the same answer: the owner insists there was sauce and the most they would do is credit me for 10 wings.
Eventually, they did give me cash back for 10 wings, but here’s the thing: at no point did anyone apologize or take responsibility. They seemed more interested in proving I was wrong than fixing a clear mistake. I wasn’t asking for a full refund and I would have been fine with a credit for the 20 wings—or any other fair resolution. Instead, I was met with indifference, deflection, and a poor resolution.
Disappointing food happens. It’s how a business responds that makes the difference. Unfortunately, Caputo’s failed on that front.
Good thing there’s plenty of other great business to support in the area!

Great addition to have the dining room added on. Food was amazing. There was only one girl working the whole dining room space and while it wasn’t packed on a Saturday night they could have use another.

The variety here is unmatched!!! All around fantastic food! Pizza slices are MEGA!!! They pack on the toppings!! The slice with the tomatoes and basil and a few other ingredients is one of the more simpler slices but yet sooo amazing &delicious!!! I couldn’t finish that slice there, the buffalo and bbq slice was huge and filling. Nice/clean seating areas and friendly staff. Absolutely recommend

Huge selection of delicious pies ready at all times. Great for walk in meal in a hurry. They have expanded recently in both the menu and the seating area. They also have a few beers on tap!

Family owned and operated, they have a nice little spot with tables and table service, come in for a slice or entire dinner entree. They have a HUGE selection of house pies, and some unique styles. Definitely give them a try!

I have ordered a couple of times here and my girlfriend always recommends this place for good food. Their boneless wings, AMAZING!!! Literally my favorite in the area, please keep doing what you’re doing, their pizza has never disappointed and everyone has always been very friendly and attentive. My number one pizza place by far!

Ordered a cheese calzone got a loaf of bread with liquid ricotta in it. Called and told them I was highly disappointed and was argued with over the phone and told to bring it in because I was wrong! Who does that?! It’s clearly not made correctly and then to yell at me and my friend over the phone about it was super unprofessional. Shame on you guys. I have loved it there and because of the unprofessional customer service I will never order from there again and will let others know. Thanks again for calling us liars about the subpar food I PAID FOR and offering no solution!
