It was delicious! Oh soooo good! The weather was great! And just to sit outside and relax watching the boats , hearing the water waves , to me was therapeutic. Just felt refreshed. The Mahi was undercooked and I ordered fries but was served green beans. I like both so I didn’t say anything. Wife ordered Shrimp N Grits and the shrimp was undercooked as well. The server did ask the manager and they removed the Shrimp N Grits since it was not eatable. The chopped salad and onion rings were really good and the bang bang shrimp was good.

Neat place in a great location. The inside was more of a quiet, nice restaurant, and the outside was an entirely different vibe in a good way. Out back had a bar and live music with a dance floor. Lawn chairs were also set up periodly with views of boats and the river. The seafood trio was great! Also, enjoyed watching the people pull up in boats to get to the restaurant.

Captain’s Quarters is such a nice place to dine, be it a dress up occasion or dress down in comfy jeans or shorts. Nice view of the Ohio whether sitting inside or outside. The food was exceptional. Our dining party decided to share a shot of Pappy Van Winkle’s 30 year, but they were out; the bar manager was helpful in suggesting the 15 year over the 23 year.
