A fantastic new resident food truck at Vacancy Brewery! Crust is not too thick, not too thin, with a perfect texture and crunch. All of the flavors shine through without overpowering each other. The Margarita Pie is on-point, and pairs well with Mixtape Vol. 5 and the New Zealand Pilsner. I can’t wait to try the Prosciutto next!
