Had an amazing dinner here! The lobster rolls, both traditional and hot buttered, were to die for. Ciopini was excellent and service was wonderful. They have a nice outdoor area, very relaxing and quiet. Dogs are very welcomed here – the staff clearly love dogs and that is always a plus. We didn’t order anything for our furkids but our server made sure they got their own water bowl and treats. We found it better to have a relaxing meal here than in P Town where it was a lot more crowded and busy.

This place definitely gives off ‘local bar’ vibes, or at least has many regular visitors in the summer. Everyone seemed to know each other! We came on a day when there was live music. It was a nice touch and the band was good (a lot of Tina Turner) but the speakers were suuuuuuper loud, it was hard to enjoy our food with the headache it gave us both, despite it being outdoors (don’t worry, we still tipped the band). Our food was pretty meh – I had a fish and chips which was not especially flavorful, kind of the American country style with the thicker breading versus the crisp British style. Cole slaw was sad, not sweet or creamy at all. Hubby got barbecue chicken which was also underwhelming. The sauce was bright red and very tomato-ey. He described it as ‘like Italians trying to do bbq,’ which made me giggle! We are raised in the South/Midwest so maybe our standards for these dishes are just very different. The service was polite and attentive. We LOVED meeting sassy Sal, the attack turtle. He’s 11 years old and so over it. Overall, friendly staff but not our place to spend Cape Cod prices .

Live music, delicious drinks, and awesome food. Tuna sashimi here is my new favorite on the Cape. Calamari salad also fantastic. Will be back soon!

Restaurant in Truro featuring excellent outdoor dining. There is an area under an awning and a much larger patio in dappled shade. I had six wellfleet oysters and a Cobb salad and a glass of wine. Everything was excellent. Parking is limited but the post office across the street was closed and plenty of parking over there.

Food was really good. I got a veggie burger with sweet potato fries and my husband got the cajun shrimp tacos. Loved the burger especially since it didn’t have peppers. Came with a nice creamy dipping sauce that was good. The tacos had some kick to it, but the goat cheese complemented that very well. It’s like the goat cheese masked the spice, allowing it to come in later. Really nice! Service was good too. Nice spot off the beaten path worth stopping by on your way to Provincetown.

This restaurant was one of a few that we dined at while vacationing in the Truro area in late June. The off-street parking here is very limited with a few spaces in front and a few more spaces in back of the restaurant. The hostess greeted us warmly and we chose a table on the large open-air patio, although there was some seating available in the covered patio area adjacent to the outdoor bar. The outdoor dining atmosphere here is especially nice on comfortable evenings like when we visited. We were brought menus shortly after being seated. We ordered the seared scallops with rice, and grilled salmon with potatoes when our server returned a short time later. Both meals were served up very hot roughly 25 minutes later. The scallops, while not plentiful, were cooked nicely and tasted good. My grilled salmon was noticeably overcooked and dry, although it tasted ok. The potatoes were overdone as well. I decided not to send the meal back because I didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes for a replacement dish, so I asked for a little melted butter to add some needed moisture to the dry salmon, and our server brought a very small cup with (maybe) an ounce of butter in it. I discovered later when the bill came that there was actually a $1.00 upcharge added for that small amount of butter. Really?!? I realize that restaurant prices tend to be higher than average in resort areas like this, but both portion sizes were on the small-ish size considering the menu prices. Our bill for the two meals, beverages, (and the melted butter), plus tax totaled a bit over $75, more than we felt was a reasonable price based on portion sizes here and prices for the same meal at other restaurants in the surrounding area. Our server, Grace, was cordial and efficient but not very engaging during our visit. Neither of us have a large appetite, but we both found ourselves a little hungry later that same night. Other than the enjoyable outdoor dining atmosphere, there weren’t enough compelling reasons for us to return for another meal. Your mileage may vary. Thanks for reading!

We didn’t get greeted by our server for about 15 min. She was very nice but she waited on 2 other tables that came in after us. The grilled cheese had a different kind of grease used to grill the bread and I only ate half. I became nauseous about 20 min later and I know it was because of the food because my friend thought the grease tasted different also, but not in a good way.
The waitress didn’t come back until we were finished. I won’t go back there again.
