So good we went back twice on our visit! My husband tried the crab stuffed flounder and regrets not having that both times! I did the fish, trying both the snapper and grouper and they were absolutely wonderful. The mashed potato’s were a favorite for both of us.

We just spent $236 there, for their special Christmas buffet. It was just the 2 of us and was just really disappointing . Certainly not worth what we paid. Prime rib was tough, salmon and turkey were dry. Definitely not worth $80/person and for the poor service we had, Certainly didn’t deserve an automatic 22% gratuity. Save your money!

Absolutely loved this spot! Beautifully renovated with stunning oceanfront views. The 4:30-6 early bird special was wonderful—great quality at a great price. My wife and I both enjoyed the Shrimp Linguine. Can’t wait to go back!

The Early Bird Special at Captain’s Catch is an excellent dining option. My wife and I had seen the Early Bird Special information on IG, the menu choices looked delicious, and we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed.
My appetizer, the seafood chowder, was very good. The ingredients blended together very well and frankly, I could have had a bowl of the chowder and called it a day. I’m glad I didn’t because my entree was even better. My wife had the garden salad. It was fine.
My entree was the steak tips and my wife had the jerk french chicken. Both dishes were fabulous. We would gladly order both meals again BUT the shrimp scampi linguine and island shrimp tacos on the early bird menu will be causing us to return to Captain’s Catch in the very near future.
Btw, both meals were $20.25 apiece which was a reasonable. The quality of the meals exceeded the price we paid. We will definitely be back.

We called two days prior and scheduled our reservation for 5:15. When we arrived the hostess told us our reservation had been moved to 5:30 and she apologized for not calling us. We went back at 5:30, the hostess ran to find a manager who came out and said they had a problem with the service that does their reservations and they were short a chef and they couldn’t accommodate our reservation until 8pm. Unfortunately, when we arrived at 5:15 the hostess did have us listed on her reservation sheet which I saw when she looked. Poor management. We won’t go back!

Sundial has figured out how to take advantage of the best Gulf dining view on the Island. We had seafood in which you choose meat, side, prep and sauce, and were very pleased. Don’t know quality of other options, but suspect it is very good. Service was very responsive. Price was rather high but worth it on an island with similar meal pricing.

Our dinner took almost 3 hours. We waited over 20 minutes before our server came to our table with menus. When he returned 15 minutes later we ordered everything. Our drinks never came, we went to the bar to order and our server recognized us and said he’ bring our drinks right out which he did but left behind the lemon and straws. Those took another 20 minutes to get. After that our food came out as we hoped, we ordered an assortment and were sharing. The food was good, not spectacular but good. Only a small bread plate was given for as a dinner plate. Ordered stone crabs and received only a cracker, no hammer or small fork. The cracker wasnt wnough to properly open the shells. Honestly the table was a mess and so were we. Our server never came back after the food was delivered. No refills on drinks. If this was a busy night you could expect the service to be slow but our plans to see the sun set on our final night were ruined as we were still eating as the sun set behind us. So frustrating. Not sure if the cook was overwhelmed or our server.
