The pizza that I ordered was a veggie lover’s and it was the worst I ever had from Y’all I don’t know if y’all stopped taking pride in what y’all do or if it’s the employee’s but this is my second Pizza I had in 3 months from y’all that was the worst. I used to love your Pizza, but I guess I had to find another place to get my Pizza…. Okay, I try the vegetable Lasagna and the vegetable Lasagna was great. So I’m giving that 2 thumbs up, but not the Pizza sorry.

My husband and I have been frequenting Captain Tony’s since he first moved here 6 years ago, and we’ve always been happy with their food and service. Delivery service is consistently faster than their estimates when you order over the phone. Best of all, they are happy to customize your food for you (when my husband could no longer eat cheese due to a medical issue, they were perfectly fine with making their Thai pizza for us without cheese).

Captain Tony’s is a Shaker Square dining favorite of mine. Their deep dish pizza , salads and calzones are all yummy. The wait time is I usually 10-15mins so you can pick up lunch or dinner and be on your way quickly. My fav pizzas are five-cheese, bbq chicken pizza, and the honey mustard chicken pizza. Their wings are good too. Definitely good eats

The delivery lady who has delivered the last several orders to us on East 127th is so nice and friendly! Also wait times usually less than they first tell us, which is nice. Oh – and really good pizza!

Just ordered two pizzas was told the wait was 15 minutes, I waited about 20 minutes just to come back and be told I have to wait another 20 minutes. One girl working the front area two others in the back doing absolutely nothing. I guess the closer it is to closing time you won’t get your food!! My money was refunded. Horrible customer service

I purchased a pizza, and it had hair in my pizza and notify the owner and the customer service was terrible. I receive no compensation and the owner was very rude. I wouldn’t recommend this pizza place to anyone.

This restaurant used to be good years ago in the early 2000s. Like a lot of things, it has gone downhill. I went there recently and ordered chicken parmesan. I got a ton of gooey spaghetti, two tiny pieces of chicken, hard chewy garlic bread, and no napkins or utensils to eat them with. The only good thing was the male worker, who was very polite.
A young lady was sitting behind the register; however, she had no customer service skills. I asked her if I could use the restroom. She had this look on her face like, “Why are you asking me?”
The nice male worker suggested that I sit outside and eat because of the noisy work that was being done inside the restaurant. I would not have minded sitting outside that beautiful day, but the tables looked like they had not been wiped off in weeks. Leaves and dirt covered the tables. It makes me wonder how clean the area is where the food is prepared.

I had the misfortune of being the second to last order of the night, and my food was terrible! I got old dry garlic bread ends that I would not have given to my furry daughters. My seafood pizza was the worst and I felt like it was missing ingredients. I have always loved Captain Tony’s, but this experience sucked!!

It was absolutely delicious I love the two young ladies who took my order and helped me and a young man even opened the door for me. My food was warm and made excellent and the customer service was amazing I will be coming back ❤️
