Called and ordered a chicken caesar wrap with fried chicken for delivery. To prevent any mistakes, I specifically repeated fried chicken numerous times on the phone. Upon receiving my food, I found that the chicken inside the wrap was grilled. A simple mistake. I politely called the restaurant to inform them of their mistake and to possibly send over the correct wrap. The same man who originally took the order was now arguing with me that the chicken was in fact fried. I was shocked as I steered down at the grilled chicken in the wrap. He couldn’t comprehend the fact that he was wrong. He told me he would know it was fried since he made it but the sad reality was that he did not know.
A situation like this shouldn’t call for any sort of escalation but the man was standing firm on his beliefs. After being hung up on numerous times, I was finally able to reach a more reasonable individual. It would make sense after such frustration to request a full refund, however, I only requested the wrap to be credited.
I’d like to add that I’ve never had an issue with the food here. However, I can’t rationally return to a business that treats their customers with such bitter disrespect.
Pizza had been sitting in the warmer a bit, I say warmer, but the bottom half of the warmer wasn’t on and the pizzas had been there who knows how long.
Pizza was a 4/10. Clearly made in house and not frozen, and that’s all the praise I give it. Tasted like it COULD have come out of a box, and that’s never a great quality to a pie.
Menu is MASSIVE and the place is run by two men. Authentically Greek. Authentically loud. Can’t say there’s anything wrong with that, but be ready for the Massachusetts experience
There’s a 7-11 across the street. 7-11 pizza is 3/10 at it’s best, and I get the feeling this place is 4/10 on its worst day. The pizza might, and I say generously, might be a 5/10 when fresh.
So I’d still pick it over 7-11. Plus, the prices are a steal. If I could rate the prices I would rate them 5 out of 5.
Stop here late at night when everything is closed and you need something after the bar. Otherwise, just drive down the street to the other 20 pizza places on this same street.
Mr Captain is also a hell of a guy.
Homemade meatballs.
By far one of the best meatball subs I have had in a very long time.
Stopped in quickly for lunch to go.
Food came out fast, service was prompt.
