Last time coming to your establishment. The rice always seem to be warmed up never fresh. The conch was not chopped. It seem like it was just fried whole. A waste of money. Better lighting needed it always seem dark around your establishment. Not happy at all.

The food is so delicious. This is the first Fry restaurant that offers you a choice of rice, sometimes you just don’t want fries. Their rice is so delicious. I had rice and beans and I also tried lobster rice. When I went there, there was a guy in the back making all the food by himself with so much joy. All the food came out at a record time and everything tasted delicious The lady at the drive-through and at the register was very kind. I watched them help so many people and did not complain.Amazing service.

Waited in line and was told at the window that they were closed . I understand that its 10:43 pm and they close at 11 but at least let us know. The car in front of me was served and now im stuck in the line waiting to be let out. The cars in front of me were stuck waiting on their food. I asked the woman at the window for help and she ignored me and kept saying to move up. But how can I do that if the car is in front of me are unable to move? To make matters worse, the woman in the car behind me, kept honking her horn and cursing like a mad . It would have been my first time tying this food out but instead im treated this way and this is definitely not the way to run a good business.

Visit there today, May 9. Order Med crabs and Snow crabs. All was tasteless. Order 2 Talia dinner with shrimp and one with wings, both dinners were terrible, fish was not fried no seasoning I order a chicken wing dinner. Chicken wings overcooked and fries were cold. Need a new cook. I spent $60 of food that went in the garbage

I ordered a snapper and blue steam crab on 6/11. I picked up my order round 9pm. Maybe bc they were closing, not sure, but my food taste so bad. It taste spoiled! I use to come here in the past, never had that issue. I made it a point to request a refund for the poorly prepared unsanitary entrees and they ignored all correspondence. Never again. If you value your health, dont even waste your time.

This is my first time here but I’m pretty sure I won’t be coming back. The outside always looked dodgy but I decided to give it a try. The inside is very dirty in certain areas. Very dusty air vents and dead bugs in the lights in the ceiling. The food is not bad at all–it’s good enough. For me, the catfish nuggets are a bit pricey for the amount you get, the fries are unseasoned but the best thing I got was the onion rings..I love it! I saw a few flies, dead and alive. One of the employees was scratching himself and then dealt with cups. If you do go, I suggest ordering in advance. The parking and other transportation (ie: bus) shouldn’t be a problem.

the costumer service here is ATROCIOUS!!! I waited at the menu to place my order for 15 minutes, there were two cars infront of me when I originally arrived 1 car had left assuming the menu was broken I pulled up and patiently waited for the other car. When I got to the window the brown skin Carribean girl with the plaits in her hair was EXTREMELY RUDE‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ She do comfortable with her job that she felt she could so rude and disrespectful. I explained to her that no one came to the menus to take my order. She stated that she was extremely busy and told me she couldn’t take my order at the window after I had waited in the drive through for now 30 min. She was very argumentative and didn’t care what my experience was. I had to talk to the cook to explain the situation. I just wanted to order me some food and I got the cashier from helll. SHE DOESNT WANT HER JOB NEITHER DO SHE LIKE HER JOB OR SHE WOULD HAVE BEHAD LIKE THAT TO THE POINT I HAD TO RAISE MY VOICE AND CURSE INFRONT OF MY CHILD BECAUSE SHE WAS BEING VERY DISRESPECTFUL. I pray that God handle her PROPERLY BECAUSE THAT WAS OUTRIGHT INSANE BEHAVIOR
