The food is always good but the ordering is horrible. If you order online, you can’t pick the CJ lemon pepper seasoning for the shrimp. It only gives you an option for 1/2 or none and it’s mandatory. So I tried to call and it’s a frickin AI computer robot. It was the worst ordering experience ever! I mean what happened to customer service? Is it too much to ask? I mean, you’re computer is going to ask for a tip when I checkout…a tip for what? Customer service?

First time going. Ended with all 5 of us in the hospital with Salmonella and food poisoning. Spent almost $80 for the 5 of us to not eat more than a few bites. I would stay away from this place. FAR AWAY!! I’ve ate some nasty food in the Marines and this place makes those foods look like fine dinning.

Went thru the drive thru and after waiting 30min I get home and my wife started to eat a thigh when she noticed a blood pocket. We opened a second piece and raw as well, even more so. Terrible unacceptable!! Pay attention to your chicken. I called the store to complain and the manager said to bring the food back after already having waisted my time wanted me to waist more and gas, awful!!

I order from here alot because of the deals on uber eats, but now it seems when I order they always seem to give me one less item then what I ordered. Order 10 piece chicken get 9, order 2 shrimp get one slightly bigger container that is smaller then the 2 orders I placed.

Lots of seating upon walking in. Employees are nice, but did mess up someone’s order ahead of us in line. The wait was 15 min for 8 pieces, but entirely worth it because the chicken was fried fresh and seasoned to order. So much better than any fast food chain and more affordable.

I call two days prior to ask when should I put a order of 150 wings in for.. They tell me same day is fine… Im the first customer of the day 10:25, they open at 10:30am… I come in, pay $225 and tell them 3:30pm pick-up.. 2pm they call me and tell me my order is ready .. I remind them 3:30pm is pick up… I get there to pick up the food for a 4pm surprise party 10mins away… It not ready… 3:52 my order finally shows up… The food was hot and good so ill give 2 stars but if you looking for a timely pick-up… Do a hour pick up before you should be there..
