Me and my wife came here for our anniversary- and it was our best decision! Crab legs were juicy and fresh, fried food selection was huge

Got there at opening. Everything fresh, only thing I can complain about is no thousand island dressing. Lol. I can deal with that. I did get my crableg fix though. Very good. Service was great. Thank you.

A nice clean well-priced seafood restaurant that is very family friendly. I had dinner before a concert at the House of Blues just down the road, so it has an impeccable location. The food quality was perfect and always fresh. I think they may have been short staffed a bit when I visited because the waitstaff weren’t always around to remove plates or refill drinks. There’s a cute little giftshop and some neat photo locations to get a picture of the kids.

My 13-year-old daughter my wife and myself were seated and then explained how the buffet works. It was $45 a plate which is understandable, but then the drinks were extra, and then the worst part of all… a mandatory gratuity of 18%. Folks, keep in mind this is a buffet. Why would I give a $30 tip when I am getting my own food?? We walked around to see the food before deciding, and it smelled very fishy and we decided not to eat here. Went down the block to Captain Bennett’s where they have no mandatory tip and had a great experience there. Captain Bennett did not smell fishy. It smells like good food. Captain Jack’s gives you a stinky fish smell as soon as you walk in the door.

We had never been here before and stopped in for dinner hoping to find a similar experience that of Crabby Mike’s or something closely related. Unfortunately the price is the same but the quality is not. $45 a person for a cafeteria style buffet proved to be disappointing. All you can eat loses its appeal when you don’t want to go back for seconds. The service was decent, the atmosphere was okay. We won’t be going back though, way too expensive for what you get.

We walked in to excellent service, hostess was sweet and the server that took our drink orders was sweet, after looking around at the buffet options we learned that there were no crab legs, most of the food looked like it had been sitting for awhile, the sweet potatoes were black, and overall did not seem appealing. Also upset that they charge a big automatic gratuity when we as customers are doing all the work. We ended up leaving without eating. Highly disappointed as we were super excited to try this restaurant.

Priced right. The buffet has a nice variety. Don’t be afraid to come here if you aren’t crazy about seafood. They have something for everyone. Kid friendly also. You won’t walk away hunger. You won’t feel like you’ve been robbed either. Lol I really enjoyed our dinner.
