DELICIOUS FOOD and FANTASTIC PRICING ! Ordered 2 captain specials. 8 pieces of fish 2 catfish 2 perch and 2 tilapia. 5 pieces of dark chicken. French fries and coleslaw! Everything was superb! Will definetly order from them again!!!!!

I ordered a 20 piece leg and thighs with a pan of fries and it was horrible. The chicken was old and recooked. They had at least 3 batches of chicken already cooked before I ordered and they reheated the chicken and cooked fresh fries. It wasn’t seasoned at all and most of the chicken couldn’t even be eaten because it was old. I didn’t worry about taking it back because I only paid $30 for the meal but still. If you paid your money you would expect to get fresh edible food. Definitely won’t be back. Even the mild sauce was horrible

I ordered 10 piece wings fried very soft and they couldn’t get that right. The wings were so small they reminded me of pigeon wings. I’m dissatisfied with my experience there. Not the 1st time! 3 out 5 times I’ve been eating pigeon sized wings that were over cooked for me. Plus the price has increased. Get the service right before increasing the cost.

I guess you get what you pay for. Prices are cheap but the food is disgusting . The sides taste like cheese water, I didn’t even try the mash potato’s because they looked horrible. Chicken was flavorless and tasted like it was cooked in old grease. I seen many good reviews and I’m really just confused.. maybe I caught them on a bad day but I won’t be trying them again to find out. I just know I’m going to be sick

I was a first time customer today. The service w as dnt that great. I did not like it when the cashier was handling the register with dirty money. Then he goes and handles the food. It should be at least 3 people back there working. I ordered fish and chicken my fish needed to cook a little longer.

The food is actually pretty good and consistent. Prices are good. The cashiers are always friendly and helpful, food wait times are acceptable. We have been going there since they first open up and never a issue with our food, so I feel comfortable in recommending to others.

Pretty good chicken sometimes not as fresh as I would like it & the lemon pepper can make it a bit salty but freshly cooked. Never under a heat lamp. Overall quick place to get the bird.

The food is never hit or miss here. It’s been consistently great. The customer service is even better. They accidentally gave me catfish steaks instead of fillets and when I let the know about the error they promptly made me the correct order and even threw in an extra piece of fish.
