The buffet is great, desserts were great! The service was great! The only bummer about this place is the obiance is gone. Bring back the Waterfall and the mini Bridge inside. The whole WOW factor is gone, its just a plain buffet now. Been coming here for over 30 years now will always be recommended to anyone who is in the area!!

We used to love coming here but this recent visit feels the quality has greatly dropped. The snow crab legs were dry and rubbery. I tried changing to the shrimp and never had a more difficult time removing a shrimps shell and it tasted off and I would not risk another shrimp. The only constant was the She Crab Soup, at least that still tasted good and our server was good about keeping our drinks filled. All in all the price did not reflect the quality of the food.

There is a large variety of seafood and southern food $49 plus tax. It is all you can eat so you can return multiple times and the crab legs are given out in 3’s. We will definitely return.

After a long week of training and travel, this was the perfect weekend recharge spot with my battle buddies. The moment we walked in, the smell of fresh seafood and butter hit — and we knew it was game time.

From crab legs to shrimp, scallops, and those golden hushpuppies — everything tasted fresh, hot, and cooked with care. The staff kept the buffet stocked and the vibes relaxed. The energy in the room made it easy to forget the grind for a bit and just enjoy life.

Captain George’s isn’t just dinner — it’s a mission reward.
Solid food, good laughs, and a reminder of why balance matters.

One of the more interesting buffets I’ve been to. The parking area is relatively big, but can fill up, luckily, we didn’t have a problem with parking and were also seated instantly upon arrival. The seating areas are broken up in different sections, some closer to the food itself and others in a separate room, also separated by different names. There were a good number of parties here, small and large. The food was decent, hot and inviting. They have 3 stations I believe, one with mostly desserts, another with seafood and another with meats, sides, etc. All ranging from crab legs, steaks, and cakes. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and efficient. We also had a fun experience getting our photo taken during the end of our food consumption so now we’ve got another fun memory. I think on our way out I did see some merchandise for more trinkets and ways to remember your dining experience in Williamsburg.

Delicious!! Great variety and each one was so flavorful. I enjoyed the garlic and Cajun flavored crab legs. The other dishes were equally tasteful. I say 8 of 10 dishes I’ve tried were very delicious. The dessert table needs a lil work since some of the cake were dry but your not there for the dessert. Overall, great service, luxurious atmosphere, and most importantly, great food. Come hungry is my only tip.

First time in today, greeted at the door by the GM and seated by the friendly hostess I felt very comfortable coming in. easily worth $50 price tag on the buffet. Server Mallory was attentive and thoughtful, very knowledgeable about the buffet sections. Don’t miss out on the Oreo cheesecake!

After the Pandemic these type of places just ain’t the same. Food quality and taste is lacking. Crab legs were small and salty and unless you can get food hot when it 1st comes out you will be disappointed. Use to be fire now it’s just a bit below average.

I love this place! Best variety and flavorful food.

My favorite is the all-you-can-eat crab legs, fried oysters, fried scallops, fried claim strips and Korean BBQ chicken.

Literally, the only thing this place is missing is shrimp fried rice or some type of shrimp pasta.

My partner surprised me with dinner here for Valentine’s. I love seafood and trying new places so it was a win. We were greeted and taken to our table pretty quickly considering it was a holiday. They were giving out roses which was sweet. We tried the Valentine’s drink and got the glass to take home. There were so many options on the buffet. Not only seafood but a nice amount of meat, salads, sides, and desserts. We’ll definitely visit again.
