At our Circleville, OH location, we are part of a historic seafood tradition. Captain D’s Seafood Restaurant first opened its doors back on August 15, 1969. A lot has changed since then, but our commitment to serving freshly prepared seafood at a great value has been our core mission from the beginning. Known originally as Mr. D’s Seafood and Hamburgers, Captain D’s was opened in Donelson, Tennessee. From the very start, we set out to provide quality seafood at reasonable prices, a concept that was revolutionary at the time.

The girl that took my order was very nice, the girl who brought my food was also nice and made sure I was taken care of. I love the decor in the dining room. I live in Chillicothe and even though we have a Capt D’s here i will gladly travel to this one instead. Food was hot and big servings.

Usually, I don’t get fish or seafood for carryout, but since the food is freshly prepared, it travels better and is still hot by the time I get back to the hotel. This is the best Captain D’s anywhere!

I love Captain D’s; eat there often. Yesterday, we placed a large order. I am allergic to fish, so always get Chicken. The description says, batter-dipped, but yesterday, the chicken had a crumb coating. I am on a fixed income, and pay way too much to get something other than what I expected. Very Disappointed !!!

This particular location for Captain D’s is great little fast food. It feels more like a family diner instead of a chain store. The staff are really nice the food is really good and the place is clean.

Circleville is a nice little town to stay shop and look around lots of history lots of good people
