There are many wonderful local businesses in Easley that deserve your money and this is not one of them. My husband called with a takeout order at 5:15 and was told it would be 30 minutes. We did not get our order until 6:15. I can understand human error and was willing to forgive that.
When we got the food home, we saw that everything was put in bags haphazardly and our food was all over the place. Again, I can look past that. What I cannot look past is ordering shrimp scampi and not getting any PASTA with my order. We also noticed that the side my husband asked for (half onion rings + half fries) was essentially missing from the order. There was a measly 1.5 onion rings.
We called to get a refund for these things & we were told his order did not come with a side. When he initially placed the order he was put on hold for multiple minutes so the person taking the call could double check. The person came back and said “yep we can do that!” Fine – we will blame it on the staff being poorly trained and not get a refund. We moved on and asked for a refund for the pasta-less scampi. Again we were put on hold only to be told we could get an $8 refund for the $21 dish. I understand the pasta part of the dish may cost $8 but good customer service would have been to refund the entire dish for the inconvenience. I am now in my kitchen waiting for pasta from my own pantry to come to a boil when I expected a quick and easy dinner.
I am not quick to complain and you can see that from the other reviews I have left places. Capri’s will not be getting my business ever again nor should they get yours.

I really wanted to love Capri’s but it just doesn’t live up to the hype.
Our calamari was chewy. The salad was very plain. They said their know for the bread…. seemed extra ordinary to me, not even served warm.
The lasagna was the best thing, mostly because it’s covered in cheese.
The spaghetti and ravioli dish was fair. Didn’t really like the sauce, to sweet not savory at all.
The decorations could be a winner but the awful ceiling tiles take away from any cozy feeling.

The food was hot and fresh. They have the best antipasta salad. The lasagna was great and the wife liked the spaghetti. The 1/2 order of the spaghetti was big.

We came here the other night for dinner with a friend. It was a 45 minute wait at the door because they were busy which told me a lot of people like eating here so the food must be spectacular. Our waitress was amazing and super friendly. Because of the wait and the reviews we were very excited only for the food to come out less than par. I got the prime rib which was thick but also very unseasoned. The wife got the triple of Venice and she wasn’t a big fan. Here 3 were very saucy and salty. Our friend got the eggplant and Parmesan, and the only thing that was above average was the sauce. The pros of the place are the portions are phenomenal and the prices aren’t bad at all. The cons are the quality of food seems less than good. We’d come back, but it’s nothing I really crave at this point.

Now let’s dish about the food The pan lasagna is so good it should come with a warning label. Layers of cheesy, saucy perfection that are truly un-lasagna-ble. The chicken parm is also fantastic—crispy, cheesy, and absolutely worth every bite.
And hey, if you’re feeling a little “I’ll just play it safe” and order the hamburger steak or chicken fingers, don’t worry—you won’t be punished for being boring because even those are yummy and done right.
Amazing food, incredible service, and laughs served right alongside the pasta. Capri’s knows how to meat expectations, and Kyle seals the deal. We’ll be back faster than you can say “extra parmesan!”

We came back here again and this time hubby had Manicotti Dinner, it was very good and it comes with a house salad and a minestrone soup. I had the Chicken Tenders, it comes with a house salad and a side. I chose spaghetti as a side. Of course there’s always the bread and the crackers. Our server was very very attentive. We will come back again soon

I’ve seen this building for years and never tried. They’ve always had a full parking lot though. I am really glad we stopped in to try it. Looks family-owned, the space is outdated but it works. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Food came out promptly, and glasses were kept full. Food is simply delicious.

We went to Capri’s last night for my daughter’s sweet 16 dinner. We did not call for a reservation because we weren’t sure when my son’s baseball tournament would be over. We got there around 6:45pm on a Sunday night. We did not realize they closed an hour later. They say and accommodated all 17 of us without any frustration or unhappiness. They did not rush us. The service was great, the food was absolutely amazing!! I highly recommend the homemade lasagna. It was ideal!! Everything and everyone were amazing!! We are so thankful for everyone working last night. Y’all made a 16 year old’s only birthday wish come true! Thank you!!!

I think their high reviews are due more to the lack of competition in the area than the quality of their food. The meatball appetizer was spicy which is odd for Italian meatballs. The first market of bread was freshly toasted but the second basket was microwaved and rubbery. My daughter ordered the chicken Alfredo and we could tell as soon as we saw the plate that they used canned Alfredo sauce. The first bite verified this. I ordered the chicken Parmesan. It looked great, but when I dug in I couldn’t even find the chicken amidst all of the sauce and cheese. When I found a piece of chicken it looked like it wasn’t breaded and was very dry. They were busy when we got there so maybe other items are better.

We ordered Toasted Ravioli, Chicken Parm, Lasagna, & Tortellini. Everything was average. Wanted to love it, but just not very good. Sauce was a bit sweet and quality was ok.
