We waited near 30 minutes for our two sandwiches and when we got home the wait was not even worth it. One sandwich was COMPLETELY burnt. And the other one had pieces of burnt stuffing mixed in with what looked like unburnt stuffing.
These sandwiches are $18 each. We called and the lady on the phone was justifying it saying “well you ordered hot bobbies”. Lady we asked for it to be warmed because it’s turkey and stuffing, we DID NOT ask for it to be charred to an inedible level!
Customer service is poor, as someone who has worked in both food service and retail I am appalled that your staff’s go to response is to blame your customers for ordering a standard option YOU offer.
Having had only good experiences with Vegas’s Capriotti’s locations, this was such a disappointment! Would not come back. We were not even offered a store credit, replacement, or partial refund.
The atmosphere was not great either, blaring music that makes it hard to hear the person next to you, even so much that the cashier had trouble hearing our orders.
Very disappointing- and YES I did leave a review on Yelp. Never before have I had such a poor experience at any restaurant!

The sandwiches are simply amazing, I always get a regular size but can never finish it. My Wife loves the cheesesteaks, I love the Italian subs. The only compliant is that they are pricey, I wish they were a few dollars cheaper. Oh and if you get the hot Italian, get home quick! Lots of juices that will make the bread soggy. Haha

First time trying Capriotti’s today and I’m officially a fan! Their American Wagyu Cheesesteak was an absolute dream – soft, warm bread, tender, juicy meat… pure deliciousness! And, to top it off, a Brookie for dessert. Kicking myself for not trying it sooner!

I ordered online at 12:32. My food was supposed to be done by 12:46. I just got it. It is 1:18pm as I write this. I got to the store at 12:48 and then waited for my food for 32 freaking minutes. I watched as my and other sandwiches sat on the counter, waiting… waiting for fries… waiting for coleslaw… waiting for whatever. There were at least 20 sandwiches… waiting. I was going to ask for my money back because I just knew my hot food would be cold by the time I got it, but I would have waited longer to get a refund probably. Absolute disorganization. I wasn’t the only waiting. Customers started getting angry. The staff were great despite the chaos, but they need a better system because what they have now, sucks. And yeah. My food is now cold.

Good sandwiches. They messed up my take out order though. They forgot the “au jus” for one sandwich, our large order of fries, and the bottle of water for a kids sandwich combo. I had to remind them of each one before I left. I ended up getting what I ordered, but it felt like they weren’t used to a dinner rush yet (@5:25pm).

Got the chicken chipotle crunch and loaded cheesesteak fries. Both were really good but the cheesesteak fries were excellent! Also very friendly staff 🙂 Will definitely be back!

Wow, what an amazing sandwich. Higher priced than a subway or jersey mikes but worth it. Had the wagyu fench dip and while wanting to try new things, just want to get this every time.
