We found a really good sandwich place. This was the only thing that was good yesterday since both the Bills and 49ers lost. We had passed by this place several times while visiting Folsom.

The staff were friendly and the place is clean. Plenty of tables along with seating both inside and outside depending on weather.

My wife and daughter ordered the 4” sandwich and Salad Combo. Very nice size salad and you choose your sandwich. The price is also good for this combo. My wife had the Italian Sandwich and said it had good flavor & plenty of meat. I ordered a medium Bobbie Sandwich. The Bobbie is a Turkey with Cranberry Sauce and stuffing on the sandwich. Very good and the Turkey is shredded verse sliced which added a nice texture to the sandwich. The medium size is a good sized sandwich. The four of us enjoyed our selections and meals and said we would all revisit this place.

I have been a regular customer at this Capriotti’s (Caps) that opened up about five months ago. The sandwiches are pretty darn good. My faves are the Bobbie (hot), Classic Italian, and Italian Sausage. They have sizes from half, small, medium, and large sizes. They also carry salads and fries.

The Bobbie sandwich is Thanksgiving turkey dinner stuffed in a sandwich… turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce. You can get it hot or cold. I like it heated up a bit. For an extra couple of bucks, you can get turkey gravy to dip your sandwich into. The gravy is pretty tasty. Cap’s only uses Italian sandwich rolls. Plus unfortunately, Cap’s do not offer any gluten free bread… aww shucks. But they do offer sandwich bowls served with spring mix.

They are minutes from the East Bidwell Street (south) exit of Highway 50 in a spanking brand new building. Like most Caps, the interior seating is limited. But unlike most other Caps, this one has an outdoor patio.

When this place first opened it was the go to spot for our office. Everything was great.
I’d say about 2-3 months ago they changed a lot. Their website was remade and they changed their ingredients. The fries are nowhere near as good as they used to be, and the bread is not as good. We feel that they downgraded their ingredients. Hoping there’s a chance they go back to how they used to be..

Got the classic chicken cheese steak. Don’t recommend it. My taste buds are usually pretty sensitive but this sandwich was super bland. It was literally like eating chicken and bread with a little cheese. Not sure if they just forgot to season the meat or add a special sauce? The most flavorful part was the mustard I added. When I got home I added some pesto and chick-fil-a sauce so I wouldn’t feel like I was wasting my calories, food and money. For $15, not sure I would go back again. I’m willing to give it another try only if I had a really good coupon or if it was free. Also, they forgot the tomato I added. Photo of my sandwich with the sauce I added at home.

2 single napkins with my large Philly is diabolical… 4 stars for that. Sammy was though!

Absolutely blown away by the Impossible Cheesesteak at Capriotti’s—easily one of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had! The flavor, texture, and quality were all on point. This spot has officially become my go-to destination for sandwiches. Make sure to say hi to the owner when you stop in—great people, great shop, and seriously great food. Highly recommend

Terrible service. My sandwich was made wrong. I called and spoke with a manager . She offered me a replacement. When I called again and placed an order for a replacement. The sandwich was made, when I arrived to pick it up. Employees refused to give it to me. They called the owner to get authorization to give the sandwich that was a replacement for the one they made wrong . The owner said not to give me the sandwich. So disappointed they would rather trash the sandwich. Never go there ever again terrible service . Terrible owner who does not care about making sure customers are taken care of .We will never go here again .

I had the chicken ranch with bacon. It was amazing. The bread they used on the sandwich was fresh and soft, and delightful.

I went here 4 different times and I couldn’t finish a single small sandwich. Bread is under bake, meats have no taste, servers are untrained highschool kids, it’s just bad. No more

Ordered the Capastrami. It was not made as the description listed. No Russian dressing, no cheese and mostly coleslaw that didn’t taste good. Also cold instead of hot.
Will not be going back. Cost for a large was over $30 with a tip.
