Absoulte joke for proportions and a complete ripoff for a Small sandwich. I have been eating Caps for over a decade since Vegas, and I can’t believe that this location is providing this type of customer service. I will let my pictures speak for themselves. Unfortunately my wife ate her sandwich on the way home, but $52 for 3 small sandwiches and 3 cookies. Not a chance we will be back. So glad the El Segundo is under different ownership. SMH

I know Capriottis well and eat here often in Vegas. My sandwich was very good. My only frustration and reason for not five stars was the language barrier with the worker, so instead of a medium sandwich, I got a mini size. I didn’t want to go back to the location after a long morning but I did inform them about the issue. The gentleman who made my sandwich was kind and got me in and out!

I’m a fan. First time trying it this week and we all ordered some delicious sandwiches. I wanted some thing, especially delicious after work on Friday so we stopped in right before closing and they served up some really good subs to us. The parking lot is attached to the shopping center that it’s located in and there were many spaces available when we went at 7:30 Friday evening.
I ordered the American Wagyu French Dip, and it was filled with meat, and the au jus really made it. The large size is huge, and was definitely bigger than I was expecting. We also ordered the Cold Turkey Sub. It was filled with high quality Turkey and tons of toppings. We ordered the Clam Chowder as well and it was surprisingly good. It did not have as many clams in it as I would like, but still the flavors were creamy and it really hit the spot.
Overall I would recommend to any sub fan and plan to be back in the future to try more options.

Waited forever and only a few other customers in store… then they forgot my order, as well as, other people’s orders too… simple med meatball… also the could not have been more than 3 chopped up meat balls… almost no meat… will not return to this location…35 min wait

I cannot eat meat and ordered a veggie turkey through the app and they gave me a meat turkey sandwich. So disappointed. Took me 20 minutes to get home. Then to find out I can’t eat anything is so upsetting. And now I can’t even upload supporting photos to the app. I called the store and asked for a refund. Who knows if I’ll get it. I use to get sandwiches from here every few months for years and the quality over the past year has unfortunately gone downhill (wrong orders multiple times). This will be my last time to Capriottis. Ever.

Ehh. It’s a chain, spanning several States, but nothing special. First time trying it out, so we had no idea what was on the menu. We entered the place at 8:30pm and was told by the cashier/cook/manager to hurry up and order because they’re “closing soon”. By soon she meant in a half hour.
We finally placed an order for a chipotle chicken with white american cheese. honestly one of the blander sandwiches I’ve ever had, but in fairness, the cashier/cook/manager was accommodating and did her best to make the sandwich as well as possible, given what she had to work with. Nice to try once, no need to return.

UCLA athletics feeds the media at the men’s basketball games sandwiches from this place and oh man… their sandwiches are so delicious! There’s one with Turkey and I believe it has cranberries in and stuffing and it’s the best! The bread is high quality! Delicious!!

The food is good. The staff is a bit odd. I’ve walked in before to order on the spot and it takes them a while to acknowledge you. They know you are there they just make you wait and like another comment said sometimes they have an attitude. One of the guys that’s always there has made odd comments before that left me a little uncomfortable and today I ordered online and when I went for pick up he was doing something in the back but he saw me walk in and the girl in the front making the sandwichs acknowledged me right away. as she was finishing making a sandwich she asks me if I’m there for pick up I said yes and she asked name I told her and she grabs the bag and gets ready to give it to me when the guy tells her something, I couldn’t hear what he said, but she looked at him and she puts it back and walks away to bag a sandwich and hand it over to another customer, no biggie I understand that. But as she goes again for my bag the guy tells her something else and she leaves my bag again and goes and grabs a cup to fill up with fries and tosses them in the fryer, then the guy tells her something again and that’s when she goes for my bag again and finally gives it to me. I don’t know if I’m thinking too much of it but that’s weird, cause she was ready to give me my bag since the 1st time she grabbed it cause my food was ready before I got there.
