Ordered a to go order 20 minutes ahead and I still had to wait another 27. Instead of showing any urgency, the sandwich maker was not taking initiative to make an effort of working faster to accommodate everyone that was already waiting. I work at Costco as a supervisor and that’s just unacceptable to hear from an employee. Poor overall experience.

I flew into Reno from the East coast and when I got to the airport I was craving a good Italian sub.. my mom is from Jersey, my aunt is an Italian from Brooklyn, I’ve eaten in some of the best delis in New York, the Jersey shore and Philly…I know food. I did a quick search and Capriottis came up, it looked promising but my expectations were low.. It’s Reno. The menu looked solid, a little too busy but I went for the classic Italian cold cut. The wait was terrible.. Maybe 20 minutes but the joint was busy and I soon found out why. My sandwich was absolutely delicious!! Perfect balance of meats and toppings and the bread, which is the key, was on point too. They even have bottles of oil and red vinegar at the tables . I don’t know about the other sandwiches, I go into a plane for specific things based on what they specialize in and what I want, but the Italian cold cut was outstanding. The place was clean, we had no problem finding a seat and the staff were super friendly. The problem is all the people using apps to order online… The long back up was because of people coming in to carry out online orders… Another downfall of our new world order thanks to the lockdowns… But this place is solid and if you’re looking for a decent sub hit it up

It was my first time coming here, and I was actually looking for a healthier light lunch and came across this place. I opted out for a salad. And let me say it was an extreme disappointment. Maybe my expectations were too high, but this was not good at all. The proportion and dollar value was shocking. $11.07 for a salad and water. The service was ok, and they still asked for a tip to my surprise. The atmosphere was fine, the place was clean and surprisingly a bit busy. I unfortunately will not be coming back here.

First visit to Capriotti’s. Definitely will be back. Ordered a 10” Classic Italian Sub (cold) and was pleased to find it was ACTUALLY 11”!! Very tasty. The service was top notch! Thank you. (Yes…I carry a tape measure!)

This place honestly has some of the best subs my husband craves the turkey however the service at the plumb location next to Costco sucks. Everytime we order online our order is wrong I’m confused as to why it’s written on the directions. It’s not like I’m asking for for crazy alterations I’m just requesting no onions due to food sensitivity. The first time it happened I was like ok no big deal accidents happen sucked to tear apart a sandwich to pick diced onions out but not the end of the world second time once again they put onions on as well as some salsa crap that dint even come on the sandwich and third time once again covered in onions. I would highly recommend this place maybe just verify your orders are correct or use a different location that can follow directions.

I’m not the hugest fan of cheesesteaks but I had to check out this place after all the reviews. Plus, I was starving and this is super close to my hotel. Decent sized sandwich filled with meat and flavor. I ordered mine with sweet and hot peppers, onions and cheese. I ordered to go, but there was plenty of seating available. Efficient service. Would definitely come back

Stopped in at Capriotti’s on my flight and Torino. My wife and I ended up grabbing some lunch here. We are super hungry. I got the Capistra me. She got a half a sandwich and a salad. We had a ton of food!. They were open table so you could see inside or outside. This location is handicap assessable. The restrooms were also clean.
