I finally had my first-ever Philly Cheesesteak today, and I am officially a fan! I stopped by Capriotti’s, and it exceeded every expectation I had. The bread was perfectly toasted, the steak was incredibly flavorful, and the cheese-to-meat ratio was spot on.
A huge shoutout to Stefanie! She was the one who prepared it, and I honestly think she made the best one ever. You can tell she takes pride in what she does—it was hot, fresh, and delicious from the first bite to the last.
If you’re looking for a great cheesesteak, go see Stefanie at Capriotti’s. I’ll definitely be back!

I am from Niagara Falls, N.Y. and you wouldn’t know it but they make some of the best cheesesteak subs in the world. Anyways, when I moved here in 1997 the one place you could always count on to make a great cheesesteak sub in Las Vegas was the original Capriotti’s on Sahara by the Las Vegas Strip. These days, I order Cap’s every once in a while to see if they have gone back to their roots making Las Vegas’ best cheesesteak sub and they are always good but not great. I am happy to say that today at the Downtown Summerlin location I finally got that quality & taste again with the super fresh bread, and melty cheesesteak Greatness! Brought me back to my roots back in Niagara Falls & the first Cap’s location in Vegas. Thank you to the morning crew on Thursday, Feb 5. My day is going to be great because of you!

This review is not about the food. This is about a man that works their name Brian. I came in to the restaurant, kinda upset today, lot going on in my world.
long story short, this man, a stranger to me, just made me feel so nice inside. . He’s a very caring man with a very beautiful, big heart, and I just want his bosses & everyone to recognize him, he’s been through a lot himself , but he still out there being kind and going out of his way to make others feel better.
If I was you, I would go in there just to see him. You’d be next to a good guy and You could order some good food.
Tbh there’s not that many out there anymore nowadays. That is why I must recognize him and write this review
I pray the Lord gives him everything that he deserves as well as every other one of us.We should all get what’s coming to us. Whether it’s good or bad, everyone should get what they deserve, but this man for sure has lots of good coming to him, no doubt.

Ordered a cheesesteak with no mushrooms, and the food was great. However, when I entered the store there seemed to be a commotion as a larger bald man (manager maybe?), whose name I didn’t catch, was being EXTREMELY rude to the other employees as well as very short with the customers at the counter. The rest of the staff seemed pretty distraught by this guys behavior. Stephanie made my order personally, and she was great! Very kind and attentive despite the commotion and the mean bald man lol. The sandwich was delicious and made perfect as well!

I use this location weekly for their catering. My food is always ready on time, perfectly prepared, and the staff is always stellar. They are kind, always in a good mood, and very accommodating (sometimes i ask for help and I know I’m being annoying). I highly recommend this location for lunch/dinner and any catering needs.

I didn’t want it to come to this, but I reached out to your customer service privately, and they have not responded, which brings me to leave this review—especially because my husband’s mouth is still bleeding.
On 8/19/24, my mom visited your store and picked up two sandwiches, one of them being a Bobbie. While my husband was eating, he felt something sharp stab the roof of his mouth, causing him to bleed profusely. It is now 8/21, and his mouth is still bleeding. We’re not sure what was in this Bobbie—a bone or something else—but this is completely unacceptable.
I would have preferred to resolve this privately, but since your customer service has been slow to respond, I wanted to bring this to the store’s attention directly.

It’s okay, they didn’t have anything that really stood out. The turkey club was fine but a little dry, the French dip was okay but not very flavourful, neither was the aus jus just bland. It was food that didn’t taste bad but also didn’t stand out. I won’t ever have a craving for either item that would make me come back to try something else. I would eat here out of convenience.
