So my brother had placed an order for me him and my mother. It was 2 Grilled Italian sandwiches that the order was was placed at 8:17 and we didn’t receive the order until 8:32 on several occasions my brother had went to stand close to hear his name get called but after 15 minutes I went myself. I was asked by the female employee named amber if I was waiting for something. For which I then said I’m here for Lyam’s order it’s been 15 minutes since it was placed and I’m checking to see how much longer. The cook said he was finishing it up and it would be ready shortly. And then amber stares me dead in the face and says you know orders take time. My younger brother then joined asking me about food and I told him and then amber said it again you know orders take time. Now I work the food industry and I’ve never waited 25 minutes for an order. Amber then proceeded call me rude and proceeded to stare at us while working on mine and two additional orders. I could see her laughing at us whenever we made eye contact. We finally got our order and my brother told me that his sandwich was burnt. Very terrible experience the best part able our experience with this place was sitting down to eat

Inside the red rock casino food court. They dont have buffalo chicken but they do have a very nice French dip sandwich. Soft bun packed with American wagyu shredded beef. Had a nice cold Pepsi to wash it down. Hit the spot They have 10% off on Wednesdays for seniors. I say check it out.

I ordered the large wagyu cheese steak sandwich. I was pleased with the bountiful amount of beef and freshness of bread. I was disappointed with the minuscule amount of cheese, mushrooms and onions. I took the sandwich back to ask if they forgot to add the cheese. They insisted they added some. Rather than ask how to improve my situation, they commented that they couldn’t take back the sandwich to add more. I asked if I could get au jus for it. I was charged $1.60. I leave this comment in hopes that this company will be a five star experience in the future for all.

I got a medium (10 inch) tuna sub and for the price of $12 I think there should be more tuna and much less lettuce. The flavor is so good though so I will definitely get it again. The service was good today as they were not very busy.

Clam chowder soup is delicious, cheese steak is okay, slaw be jo is good but the problem here is that ready-made meals are seriously cold. For instance, the chicken that comes with the bbq chicken salad was almost frozen. Guys who work here seem very nice but exhausted. Overall though, this place is unbeatable for the price.

The person working behind the counter is unprofessional. She shows a lack of interest in serving guests. Bad additive towards the people that want to order food. She should be let go. I’ve never had such bad service at any Capriotti’s restaurant. I don’t want to come back to this location.

Worst place I’ve been to eat these teenagers behind the counter can’t even take an order correctly an to top it off half my sandwich didn’t have any meat on it. The chicken wasnt cooked all the way. 4 youngsters behind the counter and none of them can make a sandwich correctly. Blasting music so loud I had to repeat myself 3 times and they still got it wrong. I got a large chicken cheese steak with onions and mayo. What I got was mostly bread with undercooked chicken and no mayo. Terrible I don’t recommend anyone go here terrible service. I’m not coming back to this location again. If i could put negative stars they would get a -5 stars
