Great little sandwich shop out in Nevada. I had the Bobbie sandwich which is like Thanksgiving on a bun. Totally delicious. Turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, bread. This shop was recommended by a friend who used to live in Nevada and it was a good recommendation. This was our second stop at a capriotti’s and it’s been tasty both times. The bread is soft and delicious. Lots of menu choices. Last time I had the meatball sandwich.

people at this location are so welcoming and kind compared to other locations i’ve been to, came in a couple nights ago and employees greeted me with a smile and an updated wait time. it was busy but it’s understandable consider how many people were coming in to order as well as the online orders i assume were coming through. it was a bit of a wait but worth it. food was certainly too expensive but from my understanding this is a corporate location? i salute the manager and their employees, they seem to work hard and i’ll be glad to come back!

I have been here at least 200x. Twice a week customer. Last 5x I have come, food is 15-20 min late from the approx pick up time. Never had that issue 200x prior. FOOD WAS ALWAYS READY ON TIME! Two girls green hair and mix black girl who seem miserable and despise their jobs. Its always im wrapping up your order right now. I go in knowing I’m going to hear that now. “Wrapping up my order” takes 15-20 min unbelievable! This place needs workers who “WANT” to work and give it their all. Green haired girl is quite rude. Hands you your bag with an attitude and doesnt say a word to you. Not a sorry for the wait. Thanks for your patience. Thanks come again! NOTHING!!! Management please get with these employees and train them customer service #1. Without the customers money there is no cappriotis. That’s what they need to understand. Also one time they messed up an order some time ago. Tried to call the restaurant the next day from 11am to 4 pm about 15 phone calls. Just rang and rang and rang. Imagine the missed revenue from ignoring phone calls customers wanting to order food. Just terrible! Remember Management and franchise owners. Your business in this case sandwich shop is only as good as your employees. With terrible nasty attitude employees who never have food ready as I assume they are monkeying around in the back. All they will do is run the business to the ground. I was ok with it the first couple times. But its become a habit now. Last 5x 15-20 min late on the food. Common demoninator each time same two girls working and ONLY THEM. Im a business owner 20 yrs plus. I care for the business owners and that’s why I bring this to your attention. Green haired girl needs to go. Terrible attitude and clearly dont give a darn about the customers or how smooth things go. She is there for a paycheck. Nothing more! Hope this finds the franchise owner! Its really a shame. Good food but the employees and service is the worst in town. I will try my luck at stephanie location from here on out! Anything has to be better then Green hair girl and waiting 20 min for my food the last 5 visits. All the best to franchise owner. Lets train up Green hair girl and her partner how to be nice to customers and smile. Have food ready on time. Not mess around in back and miss the online orders as they come in because they are to busy in the back messing around. Because 5x is a HABIT so that must be whats going on. Again, hope this finds the franchise owners eyes! So it doesn’t get lost remember the wonderful duos favorite words. “Just wrapping up your order” customer then goes on to wait 20 more min on top of 20 min approx pickup time. Again 200x prior never had to wait a single minute. So this is a habit of two employees monkeying around missing orders and struggling to make up the time once they see the orders waiting for them and are always a half hour behind no matter what. RIDICULOUS! Needed to bring to owners attention as again your business is only as good as your employees and right now its TERRIBLE!

The food at this establishment was fantastic, but seating was very limited, and the subs took around 20 minutes to prepare.
The staff were friendly and welcoming. I’d recommend calling in your order ahead of time to avoid the wait.

We have had lunch twice in the store in Henderson Nevada and have had delicious food each time Thank you to Mary and her staff the place is clean they are always friendly and sandwiches are delicious fresh bread etc !

Terrible shop. Employees were on their phone THE ENTIER TIME I WAS THERE
I ordered two sandwiches with chips and drinks. I asked to have extra mayo on both but they put SO MUCH that made the sandwiches unbeatable I had to get up to get some more napkins to wipe down all that extra extra extra mayo they put and then is where I saw their work area. What a filthy counter floor and bar they were making the sandwiches on. At first I thought maybe they just finished making sandwiches here and now they are going to clean up but NOPE they were in the phone texting and watching videos and their station stayed like that the whole 35 min we were there.
Never coming back.
